I 'm a builder." (Drew) What has Trump ever built himself? Keeping illegal immigrants out of the U.S is a big issue, but people should consider a better, or a less rude way to do so. "The wall Donald Trump wants to build is implausible." Imagine a wall 1900 plus miles long and 95 stories tall.
The group of presidents use the fallacy of slippery slope to display why the order shouldn’t be in enacted. The presidents believe if we barricade foreigners from other countries then the higher education of the United States will be impacted. Also, students from around the world show us the importance of religious diversity that’s a key point of America’s freedom. Using slippery slope shows the cause of preventing foreign countries from entering the United States wouldn’t benefit us.
His book gave a powerful argument against Assisted suicide and euthanasia’s legalization. In his book, he stated that he is pro-life and that his belief is that killing is never justified. Not only has Gorsuch written a book, but he has also served as a clerk to two supreme court justices and he earned a doctorate in legal philosophy. Furthermore, I think that Neil Gorsuch is a good nominee and I think he will do a decent job. Many people disapprove of Neil Gorsuch because he was nominated by Donald Trump and because he lacks the determination to rule or dominate other people.
The people who are against immigration want it to get rid of it or they want it to be extremely limited in our country. One person who talked about how limiting immigration and stopping people from coming to the United States is a good change for us is David Goldman. In his article “President Trumps Immigration Ban is Magnificently Right” Goldman says that Trumps 90-day travel ban is “callous towards individual Muslims but merciful to American citizens, who have the right to go about their business without fear of mass terrorist attacks.” (Paragraph 3). Being against immigration because of the fear or extra crime and terrorism seems to be one of the main reasons for people in the United States to be against it. In the last election it was one of President Trumps main areas of focus.
Mitt Romney speaks about his views on the election process of his Republican party. He immediately goes into his reasoning behind why Donald Trump should not become our next president. He argues that Trump would destroy America’s possibility of long and prosperous future. His plans are “flimsy at best” says Romney. He says that Kasich and Cruz would both be much more suited to be our president.
Donald Trump’s campaign message is to make America great again? What does this exactly mean to the audience? I feel that this saying can have a different meaning for people. This quotes doesn’t have one meaning that everyone understands. However he mentioned to make America great again by beginning to repeal Obamacare.
A big problem we have right now in the United States are the presidential candidates. A big threat to our country is Donald Trump winning the election. He is just an overall bad guy, he is racist and sexist. He said that if he wins, he will deport immigrants back to where they came from, which is really unthoughtful, especially since his wife is mexican. If Donald Trump wins the election and does all the things he said he would do, then the citizens of United States would definitely rebel against the government.
We just had a recent election and Donald Trump won . Many people wanted Clinton as our president because of all of the harsh things trump were saying . The rumors were that Trump threatened to send people of black descendants back to africa and send people of hispanic descendents back to mexico and build a wall . What the people of america doesn’t know is just because Trump is president doesn’t mean he can just snap his fingers and everything he says will happen. We live in a country where we have a judicial , executive , and legislative branch , they are better known as separation of power.
TRUMP: MAKING AMERICA WHITE AGAIN The three core principles of Donald J. Trump 's immigration plan When Donald Trump gossips about “immigration reform” he specifies: keeping Mexican rapists, criminals out of America and all other immigrants to make America white and close its borders. Real immigration reforms put the needs of wealthy people like me first – not poor, crime committing immigrants. We are the only country in the world whose immigration system puts my needs ahead of your own. That must NOT change. Here are the three core principles of my interpretation of immigration reform: 1.
Presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson has told CNN that he feels that Muslims must not be elected as president. “I would not advocate that we put a Muslim in charge of this nation”(Carson, 2015) Looking at this statement from Dr. Carson as a stereotyping comment one can say that he is a borderline racist only because he says that only a Christian should be elected. Since he has mentioned to CNN, USA Today, and other media outlets he has made it clear that his beliefs are firmed on not having a Muslim as an elected president. Recanting his statement on Muslims being elected Carson has noted since the presidential polls have dropped in numbers, he has said that the media took his words and mixed them up (Carson, 2015). Looking at his last
The possibilities of Donald Trump winning the election are low because his votes can be drastically affected by his previous negative comments. This implies that Trump has been targeting people with racial negative comments that affect the whole United States. “The American people are not going to elect a president who insults Mexicans, Muslims, women, veterans, insulting virtually everybody who is not like Donald Trump.” (Bernie Sanders) This statement supports my opinion in which Donald Trump’s election can come to an end with his discriminating comments. The following points out the possibilities of Donald Trump winning the election are low because other candidates have a higher demand of votes. “I’m the only candidate, “she said,” who has
Trump has called for a leadership to deal with the (OPEC), which he has criticized for causing higher oil prices. If you don 't like Donald Trump, second guess yourself. He is a guy that can change the United States back to the way it was. Don’t vote for the ones that want abortion to happen. Help abortion come to a STOP.
The first controversial issue I have been drawn to, has been Donald Trump run the presidency. I have been draw to this event for a few reasons. I was interested to see if Trump could in fact find a way to convince the American public that he is fact fit to be the president of this country. Trump ultimately accomplished this by starting a movement to “Make America Great Again,” campaigning to make changes. He used the fact he was not a career politician, to gain the peoples trust, despite questions about events from his past personal life.
These comments consist of but not limited to, accusing President Barack Obama of not being a citizen of the United States, his recent comment on a ban on Muslims from entering the country, and his very controversial stance on immigration that all contribute to the disapproval from his own party. The two most important issues in my opinion for a President is our foreign affair policy and our policy on immigration even though they may intertwine they are still two key factors that make America great. Donald Trump or “The Donald” as some may say has brought up these key issues but he has done this in a negative way through a very unprecedented way. He has “No Filter” that comes out as insulting, breeding paranoia, and even racist in some situations. Yet, he still rises in the GOP polls (given that it’s still early) due to the amount of hype he
Our current president believes airstrikes are sufficient in the battle against terrorism. While some people disagree with just the airstrikes, more Americans believe sending ground troops will just end in disaster. Donald Trump wants to send in ground troops, he “wants to take away their wealth” (Donald Trump 2015). This opens another debate if Donald Trump is qualified to be president in the first place. Donald Trump has no background in politics, and Americans are frightful of another candidate becoming president that has hand no background in
