Why have you chosen to study this academic programme (up to 100 words)? Clinical psychology is a field that fascinates and challenges me. I am sure I would succeed in this career as I have excellent communication skills and a compassionate and sensitive approach when dealing with others. A course in Mental Health Research in the University of Nottingham is exactly what I am looking for: practice-oriented, taught by insiders from the psychological industry and offering the chance to specialize in a particular area of interest. · Why have you chosen to study at Nottingham (up to 100 words)? Nottingham is one of the top Universities in the world and a member of the Russell group. Not only it is a good University overall, it is also one of the top schools for Psychology. Nottingham degree is greatly recognized by employers in the UK. Moreover, an MSc Degree from the Nottingham University is officially accepted in Russia, my home country. Please be specific about why the Panel should select you for this scholarship. As an international student in the UK, I had to pay twice as much as home students for my bachelor’s degree.
