This is my life what’s yours Better Homes & Gardens: Agatha is very homebound she hates being around people, she loves knitting yarn and being around her cats. Agatha is 45 years old, friendly, and has a strange addiction to cottage cheese. She was actually featured on “TLC’s My Strange Addiction” she eats about 15 containers a week and eats it with everything. She reads a women’s lib pamphlet daily once her mouth gets tired from eat cottage cheese. Agatha may not be a common name, but she has been seen on television numerous amounts of times.
He also spends a little time coming up with funny puns for the burger of the day special (for example: “She’s a super leek burger”) which pretty much the only thing he laughs at. His wife is more concerned with everybody having fun. The kids are what really make the show. There’s Tina, the
My little brother was looking at me really weirdly and was just looking at my head. I was still really hungry and all I wanted was food: pizza, cheese bread, and breadsticks. My stomach was just growling like a bear roar. 15 minutes later we finally reach the hospital and thank god I finally was able to stop hearing my mom screaming at me. My parents took me to the emergency room and a nurse took me to a room.
Erica is a science teacher at a high school. She is also a meat lover and dines at every restaurant that contains eggs, chicken, beef, and pork. A new restaurant opens and she is willing to try the food. The beef and pork combination she ordered had an unusual taste and was not cooked enough, but she dismisses it and continues eating. She finishes her meal, pays the cashier, and leaves the restaurant.
In rare obnoxious form that day, she had delighted in annoying me the entire afternoon; something that wasn’t about to change at that moment. Everybody started piling the massive amounts of aromatic turkey, mouthwatering stuffing, fluffy mashed potatoes, and colorful seven-layer salad onto their bone-white Corelle plates, and I reached in front of me for my absolute favorite food; green bean casserole. Viewed by most as a meal accompaniment, green bean casserole easily could have served as a wholly satisfying complete meal for me. As you may have guessed, my fingers found empty space as my darling sister snatched the steaming bowl first. Now, since it is standard to pass food around the table clockwise, I only slightly protested this theft, however, with a wicked glint in her eye, she proceeded to serve herself and then pass it to her right.
Christmas is my favorite holiday because every year ever since I could remember, our family gets together to make Tamales, one of the traditional foods in Hispanic culture. This get together is known as Tamalada Day, and we cook pork, beef, beans and make masa which is spread onto ojas which eventually are steamed and formed into the delicious food we eat on Christmas Eve. I still remember how when I was younger, family functions were dear to me because it meant getting to spend time with my elders. My grandparents were always quick to correct, discipline, or teach me when I would speak incorrectly, treat someone else rudely, or act uneducated. My great grandmother, who recently died at the age of one hundred and two, taught me wise little sayings and really showed me how to open my heart to the world and show appreciation for everything that life has brought to me.
They are probably my favorite part of this holiday, and they are what make the traditions, traditions. However, the food runs a very close second to them. Picking a recipe was not the easiest task because of this love of all Thanksgiving Day food. Both lunch and dinner have incredible items, and I cook for both so there is a lot that I have to choose from. My favorite thing to make is probably mashed potatoes.
Me and my group made my favorite meal, or one of them, Lasagna. I wanted to share some of my piece of it with my other friends but I ate it too quickly. Then I had math, English, PE and it was done. Me and the guys went around town just messing
We'd light candles, say the prayers and motzi, and I'd happily devour whatever was placed in front of me. As the years went on, the dinners became smaller, and there was less meat, but it was no less delicious. Mother was a wonderful cook, but I could tell, the stress of Friday night was definitely not her favorite time of the week. Camp Life: We filed out of the grimy tent and I peered into the sad brown eyes of the woman in front of me. They were filled with hope, but I knew, that nothing could allow us to escape.
No matter how bad these events can get, they made me who I am, so I love each and every one. My first big birthday party meant so much to me. It was one of the first times, while my mom was married to my Biological dad, we could afford something like this. therefore, We ordered pizza for like every kid in the neighborhood, so much family came down. It was the first time in a long time we spent quality time together.
Turkey has a smell like none other and will easily be the first thing you devour. Smelling the sweet aroma of butter and melted marshmallows, the sweet potatoes make your mouth water. The most important part of the meal, desert, it what smells the best. The freshly baked pies have been sitting there the entire meal with their deliciousness wafting through the room. The entire house smells exquisite.
He was like my savior; he had made the best food ever, warming my heart while I was a kid. He was so funny in his commercials, that when I got older, I wanted to meet him. I became a reporter when I got older he inspired me so much. Now I am a certified reporter ; I am the best of the best. I love Ronald Mcdonald so much that is sent him a bazillion messages and him sometimes being a meany but I forgave him and he finally responded.
Just thinking about it makes you wish you were at Texas de Brazil. And when you put the mousse and cake together a piece of Heaven is waiting for you in the middle of the table. Whoever the chef is, they are very talented. They have American styled pie and pies and cakes that have they’re own Brazilian twist that make them special and even better. So even though they were made in America they have their own little twist from Brazil in them.
My father was absent in my childhood. Therefore, my mother played both parenting roles. Which made things tough. It was not the best situation, but it has molded, and benefited me in many ways: For starters, it taught me how to survive with a limited supply of food, money, and/or resources, etc. My family was not rich, but as my mother would often say, we were “one paycheck away from being poor.” My sisters and I never went to bed hungry, but I can remember on numerous nights we had to be creative with making dinner to feed our four family household.
