Deciding what do you want to do professionally during your entire life is a very frightening thought. I remember when I was dealing with that decision, my mind was going in all directions, so I tried to focus on what I truly would love to do.
I always had a passion for English since I was a little girl and I watched American films just to listen to that beautiful language. I loved everything about it: the sound, the pronunciation, the words. Until this day, I still have on my mind the way I repeated them in order to memorize that magical language. And later, when I started my English studies at school, soon I began reading books in English as well. Due to that I also developed a new passion: reading.
In the future, I knew I wanted something

My sense of organization grew as well as my ability to deal with conflicts. I improve my communication skills and developed a necessity to understand the others and their points of view.
Being a teacher also taught me the importance of giving students motivation and the willingness to go after their dreams or aspirations in life. And doing that with them, I realized that I also want to chase my goals. I always had the idea of taking a postgraduate course after finishing my degree, but I wasn’t certain which subject area I would want to pursue. I love education, but there are other things that I love more and which I’m very keen to explore: reading and writing.
Having in mind what’s necessary to be an exceptional writer, I believe that being a teacher also improved those skills: every day I used my imagination to create unique and amusing classes to prevent my students to become bored. Despite having weekly meetings, I worked for several hours alone, so I am used to that and I enjoy it. I also developed researching and networking skills during my teaching years. Meeting deadlines is a skill I developed throughout my years as a student and as a
Changes I have grown academically because I have learned how write essays better. When Ms.DeVries was here she helped me a lot with my writing and gave me a strategy to catch my mistakes quicker. No Red Ink has helped quite a bit. I have been reminded of a lot of grammar rules thanks to No Red Ink and I have found out how to use punctuation properly. I have also gotten better at problem-solving in Algebra 1.
Do you remember in kindergarten when the teacher would ask the class what they wanted to be when they grew up? The answers usually consisted of firemen, doctors, princesses, cowboys, or an astronaut. Then there was always the teacher’s pet who of course said they wanted to be a teacher (typical). Well college is a lot like kindergarten. Your advisor asks you,” what do you want to do with your life after college”, but this time the answers don’t come as easily.
Teaching is a big part of me as I have taught many of my friends and other students. I have used my talent as an artist to give life to the words and diagram in the textbook. I have used my art to help people visualize abstract thinking and understand different concepts, especially when it comes to chemistry, biology, and physics. Through the art, I have tried to make a learning more of a fun and challenging by using the ideas of everyday objects. Because art has a more flexibility when it comes to how it is presented, I have tried to include my art and animation in different presentations.
I learned how to formulate a restricted, unified, and precise thesis statement. I am now able to organize essay content into introduction, body and conclusion paragraphs. I also learned how to construct and organize unified, coherent, and well-developed paragraphs. I am able to apply grammar and usage rules correctly and develop clear, concise sentences. I learned about parallelism, run-on, comma splices and sentences.
I learned how to adapt to the individual needs of students to provide them the best education. Like students with a communication disorder, many of my students would shy away from activities or tasks because of obstacles. Through these experiences, I watched my students gain the confidence to participate in activities and excel in academics to become successful individuals. As a future Speech Language Pathologist, many qualities that I possess can be improved by furthering my education.
A Lot of schools need more teachers’. The world needs teachers. Being a teacher will help students become more successful in their education. That 's why I want to become a teacher so I can help students understand the concepts of learning different material. That 's why it takes time and effort to finish a task from where you start.
The classes have made me focus a lot on my studies and how to ration out my time properly to do well in the class. Thus, making me better at time management and also improved my study skills. Last year i was inducted into NHS, which has made me a lot more responsible. I’ve had to volunteer in the community which is actually great to experience.
The career choice that I have chosen is to become an athletic trainer. I love to play sports and be around sports, so I think that being an athletic trainer would be a good career for me. I like to help people and make an impact in other peoples life and becoming an athletic trainer would allow me to help people recover, start to feel better, and get back to what they have to do. There isn’t much better than doing a career that you enjoy and like to do plus making pretty good money doing it. I just feel that becoming an athletic trainer and doing it as a career would be the best fit for me.
Reflecting on my educational and practical experiences, I appreciate the infinite influence that teachers have on children. I realise that children will take the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom and use it throughout their lives. I know a teacher has to deal with many daily pressures and challenges, in the classroom. However, I feel I require the skills needed to deal with these challenges. As a teacher I hope not only to be an educator but a positive role model, whom the children can look up to and trust.
All skills apart from the academic ones which are important to being a good teacher and demonstrates my willingness to go the extra mile. Studying and working in education has shown me that it is a challenging and rewarding career, but I believe my track record of dedication and hard work in both elements suggests that I can meet its demands. My commitment to providing a first-rate education for any child has seen me strive to gain as many additionally useful skills as
I am pursing a degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. I am passionate about education and excited to share the joy of learning with students. The perspective of wonder and sense of excitement that children bring into education motivates me daily. Teaching can leave a lasting impression in a child’s life and offers a special opportunity to shape the bright young minds of future generations. While many professions can be impactful, I believe the qualities of the person in the career position to be the most influential.
Why do people want to become teachers? There is low pay, long hours, little benefits, students have more rights than teachers. I want to be a teacher because I want to make a difference and change every child’s heart that I come into contact with. Teaching is one of those jobs where you get to be an undercover angel, because you are able to effect so many different lives by caring and teaching. You matter not only to one person in an office, but for 18-20 kids.
Therefore, I learned a lot from my experience and I feel confident that I will be able to apply my skills to my personal life, academic journey and professional
When I was growing up, multiple people questioned me about my future career, and others even pressured me into certain careers. All the influences I have had over time have formed my idea of the perfect occupation, that fits my personality and interests. The careers I have based my future life plans are a pharmacist or a certified registered nurse anesthetist. Both of these careers require a great deal of school and hard work. My decision of these careers was influenced by both of them being within the medical field, and also both focus on helping people.
There is this famous saying, ''Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow". I could not agree more. Growing up as a kid, I vividly recall myself always being enthusiastic to learn and explore. Now I stand on the state where I can proudly say that this passion has driven my growth, motivated me to grow even further and augmented my hunger for quality education.
