Examinations are important in judging student’s abilities. Examination means to test in order to verify, judge, or certify certain facts. Life is so complex that examinations play an important part in one’s education. The ability to pass an examination is indeed a valuable quality. It show how the student understand the work being given to them. Examinations help develop the student ability of time management, ability to work as a group, and how the students aim for success. As some examinations require group presentation. For the students to work together in the group everyone must be able to understand the strengths and weakness of each individual. Especially for the group leader he must know which role is suited for each individual based on their skill. This does not only show Intellectual Qualities but also Emotional Qualities. The ability to work as a group does not only take effect on group presentation works but on group studies as well. Students will usually form a study group so that they can ask their peers for questions. Especially does who are better at a particular subject than them. Some of the students does not understand every detail of the lecture completely, however their friend might able to understand the facts that the particular student is unsure of. Doing group study also forms better critical thinking as each student has a different opinion and question each other and debate on the particular scenario. When the student enters the working environment building rapport is important so that you can understand your colleagues’ strengths and weaknesses. Teamwork is essential in a good and successful business. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.
