Judy is 28 years old and is very unhealthy in all six wellness components: physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and environmental. She has been practicing this unhealthy lifestyle all her life. She uses drugs and smokes cigarettes daily, she is addicted and has been for over 10 years. She also eats fast food every day and does not eat a balanced diet consisting of vegetables,fruit,grains,protein. Judy is always very tired because she only gets 5 hours of sleep each night. She also does not exercise, whenever there is a choice to either take the car or walk she always chooses to drive. She also sits and watches tv in her spare time but does not make room for exercise.
Judy also has very bad social skills and is constantly getting in fights. For example, one day she kept picking fights with a person and it eventually lead to her getting in trouble at school. She also cannot keep long term friendships because of this she does not have any friends.

For example when someone says something rude she uses violence to cope with her emotion. This is another reason why she is unhealthy emotionally.
Intellectually Judy is unhealthy because she has been struggling with mental health problems for years and that mental problem is depression. Along with depression she has a very low self esteem and hates herself. She also does not keep up with current issues, political and social issues. For example she does not know who is running for the upcoming elections this year. Judy also hates trying new things.
Spiritual she is also very unhealthy, she feels like she has no purpose in life and is suicidal, she has also tried to commit suicide many times. She also does not follow the rules and morals, for example, at school she always gets in trouble for cheating on tests and she never feels guilty for doing
She doesn 't display any significant externalizing or conduct problems in school. Madison mother reports high levels of hyperactive behaviors at home. Madison demonstrates good social and communication skills, creativity, works well in groups and is able to work under pressure in school. In the home, Madison displays difficulties with organizations and leadership skills. Mrs. Crilley reports higher levels of inattentive behaviors in addition to difficulty with schoolwork and performance.
These tarnished relationships make her incapable of having external resources to cope with the excessive amounts of trauma she endures
In 1965 she also obtained her Law degree, passed her exam by the New York City bar, took the a job as corporate lawyer for a cosmetics firm. Judy was unsatisfied with the job, obtained it within two years. Judy had three spouses two of those was the same person which Ronald Levy in 1964-1976 they were married for a twelve years they had two children, Jamie and Adam. A year passed then she married Judge Jerry Sheindlin they first married in 1977-1990 after her father passed away she didn’t feel the same way about her husband, and filed for a divorce in 1990. Judy believed that “most men are alike”(A&E Networks Television, 2014), she said, after a year she remarried him in 1991, and indeed they’re still married.

I would encourage that Mrs. Carla Washburn stay in contact with friends and family members to form supports that can assist her. She has very strong family values and spiritual guidance from her traditions. It is recommended that she find a home health provider or companion care resource that helps her with household tasks, transportation to doctor’s appointments, grocery stores, and church activities. Have a visiting nurse check in once a week to check how she is doing.

Throughout the entire story, Judy only cares for money, is cruel to Dexter, and proves to be selfish. These three characteristics can be proven through her words and actions in Winter Dreams. Judy Jones was born into wealth through her family.
Scottie wants so badly for her to be Madeline that he dresses Judy up as her and takes her to places where he and Madeline had been even though Judy herself is an absolute antithesis of everything Madeline was. Throughout the movie she is diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. That basically meant that she had disorder that impacted the way she thought and felt about herself. Susanna went on basically hatting the mental hospital like she was forced to be there. While she is going through her days in the mental institution she meets many women with minor and extreme disorders. She also becomes friends with one of my favorite characters.
From a physical point of view, her mobility is good with no arthritis or many aches or pains. Her hearing is very good, and she wears bifocal glasses. Her major health issue is high blood pressure and the beginning onset of heart failure. She is good at taking her medication, however her salt intake in far too high which leads to high blood pressure. In recent years, is suffering from shortness of breath, she can find it difficult to climb the stairs to bed at night; her facial colouring is very high.
