Why Luck Matters More Than You Might Think Luck is the customary word we use to heed every day. Oh! I am feeling lucky today, I won the derby race. Alas! My bad luck follows me everywhere. The world is full of examples of being lucky or not lucky. Everything we do, somewhere we associate it with luck. According to the Darke and Freedman, who did systematically research into the perception of the luck, it is a personal attribute. For some people, luck is a stable characteristic and for others it is fleeting. Whatever is your perception towards luck, it does signify to everyday life. However, my friend Sophie miraculously won many lucky draw prizes. What can I call this?
