According to the article, there is one thing that we can conclude which is the social media is corrupted. What do I mean by corrupted? As we can see nowadays people are misusing the social media. First of all, what is social media? Social media is a form of electronic communication (such as websites for social networking and micro blogging) through which users create online communities to share information, ideas, personal messages, and other contents (such as videos). Meanwhile according to Oxford dictionaries, social media are websites and applications that enable users to create and share contents or to participate in social networking. When it comes to social media it’s not just about harassments and cyber-bullying. As what is stated on the article, social media also allows an irresponsible figure to spread false news. It’s not just that, the news also comes with fake evidences but carefully written which make the readers believe it to be the truth. The false news and information might rise to a debate among ourselves to find the truth which will ruin our bond that we have created. False information may lead us to have doubts and lose trust in someone. It’s just how a leader will start to lose people’s respect upon him when everything that is done by him is considered as a scheme of trying to win a vote from the citizens. As for our country is the Prime Minister. We must at least have once seen news about our leader which contains nothing but just a talk about how corrupted our leader is. They even make fun of our Prime Minister by turning him into a laughing stock by making memes out of him. We can even look through Twitter, to see how people obviously show their disrespect towards their own leader …show more content…

As nowadays, the social media are polluted by a lot of negative things such as pornography and fake information. Even though it had been a great tool for us but the social media carries too much risks of destroying ourselves. Their privacy is at risks once they enter the social media.
