Out of the two world wars, World War II is known to be the bloodiest and brutal war. The main reason this is to believed is because to the Holocaust. The Holocaust was the time period where many were persecuted for their beliefs and race. Hitler is who is to blame for the Holocaust, he is the one who organized all the horrific things done to the people who did not fall under his Master Race. Despite the many theories about the purpose of the Holocaust, the real purpose make those who weren’t members of the Master Race fear the Nazi Regime, to force them to obey the Nazi’s without question.
However, it is my opinion that he is a villain. I believe this because he could be an extremely violent leader and because he never fully reigned over one of the places he conquered/ruled. He is a villain because he murdered thousands of people and soldiers from different nations. Alexander tortured many of his victims and then he killed them.
Petri committed evil acts, of that there is no doubt, yet she was not evil. She had been surrounded by sentiment of hatred towards a certain group of people to the extent that she no longer thought of them as people but as animals, and so she killed them as if they were. She later realized the misconception she had been under and realized the evil act she had committed. Goering was a man who was a perpetrator in the death of far more than six people, so to say that both he and Petri were evil would be like comparing ripple in a lake to an ocean tsunami. They both did terrible things, but one felt remorse and one would have committed every act again.
In the same fashion, Dr. Armstrong is logically lurded to the island of despair because of his blaisé for the dead, his unwillingness to change his ways and his psychotic nature. “(I) was drunk, and I operated... I killed her alright,” (65) the doctor thinks, talking about knowingly and willingly being drunk and operating on a woman, killing her. This plainly proves he is a cold-blooded killer with devastating judgement. Which ties into the placement of Dr. Armstrong’s death in the book.
Thousands of twins died during this time because of Mengele’s obsession of twins and of the many unknown experiments that they had to go through. Gypsies were sent to auschwitz because of the persecution directed towards them. During the Holocaust many German people disliked the Gypsies.
That is what happened to Dr. Jekyll. Rather than creating peace he created more chaos by the evil he committed, the evil which he cannot contain. The evil that haunted him. In the book, Hyde only committed murder and assault, in the film, he committed rape, murder, one in which he butchered Ned, and assault. He was easily recognized as the doctor since his appearance didn’t change unlike in the book wherein Mr. Hyde had a different physique and
He’s killed a lot of innocent people and if he wasn’t put away for life he would of kept killing. He was known for being an unusual child and after his arrest he is famously known for his killing spree and how brutally he murdered his victims. He did go to jail, received his punishment and ended up being murdered in prison. Dahmer was known as the “"Milwaukee Cannibal” because he would eat and rape his victims. Jeffrey Dahmer will always be known for his gruesome
Vlad is one of medieval history's most iconic and controversial figures because he used ruthless and contentious methods to build and expand his empire in 15th century Europe. “Vlad the Impaler”, originally born as Vlad Tepes, was born in late December of 1431 in Sigismund, Romania. His father Vlad Dracul, was a military governor appointed by the emperor of Sigismund. In the ongoing battle to preserve the idea and interests of Catholicism, Vlad Dracul was inducted into the “Order of the Dragon”. This was a semi-military religious society.
How do you make a dead baby float? One cup of root beer and two scoops of dead baby. Although death can be disturbing and isn’t something that is normally joked about, there are people out there who enjoy killing others, usually in messed up ways. Many times, these people are serial killers. The FBI defines a serial killer as “someone who kills two or more victims in separate events.”
The tutsis weren 't the only race to have suffered the Hutus fury, the Hutus also managed to kill 30% of the Pygmy Batwa. Today, the Rwandan Genocide can be categorized according to the UN Definition of Genocide, because the Hutu majority government killed
If enough people believe that Chinggis Khan is the punishment of God, it almost becomes true, as everyone treats and reacts to him as the punishment of God. Chinggis Khan also had no respect for religion. He burned down churches and killed everyone inside, as easily as he killed anyone else. He also killed “all from the male sex even to the female, all the priests and monks… Wednesday in Easter week” Chinggis Khan killed priests and monks, who were ordained ministers who had strong connections to religion.
When people hear the name Count Dracula, they often picture a vampire with slicked back black hair who has pointy canine teeth. He is white or extremely pale and he wears a suit and a cape. This image comes from Halloween costumes, which are based from the character from Bram Stoker’s 1897 novel, Dracula. The character from Dracula from Bram Stoker’s novel didn’t technically exist, but there was a Count that went by the name of Vlad the Impaler. He was not a vampire; however, he was guilty of committing some pretty violent murders.
In the biography “ Dracula Prince Of Many Faces-His Life And TImes,” by Radu R. Florescu and Raymond T. McNally, the authors try to piece together a mysterious time period in Transylvanian history and analyze who “Dracula,” also known as “Vlad The Impaler,” truly was in his life and what atrocities he committed. One of the most interesting facts that can be drawn from the book is dracula’s second most preferred torture method, trap doors, “which he used to drop wretches cunningly on the stakes below”[Florescu, McNally, 105]. Along with intricate artwork that was included in the book, the authors used; his personality, the state of his current realm, and even went as far as to provide accounts of the intricate methods of torture, my personal
I don’t think that Alexander was a great king. He did far too much bad. He has killed thousands of people. Burned their temples, and treated people very badly. He went to conquer many place and took over when they didn’t want him there at all.
There are specific behaviors and examples that define these people and their conditions. However, there are some very specific cases that can be sown to express the very oddity of the people themselves. For example, Vlad the Third, Prince of Wallachia, or as may like to refer to him, as “Dracula”, was the very inspiration for the 1897 novel by Bram Stoker, in which a vampire by the name of Dracula sneaks into people’s houses at night, while they are sleeping, and drains them of life by sucking their blood. This novel created mass emotion and fear of the fictional character, however, few understand that the real-life vampire, was a far worse creature than what was shown in the book. Vlad the Third, or Vlad the Impaler, as he was better known, had a quite literal taste for blood.
