Dads are actually spending about 50% more time on housework than they did 25 years ago. It has become a reality in today’s world that has far-reaching implications for society as well. Some scholars suggest that fatherhood is by nature very different from motherhood. Men parent differently
Depending on how long you enlist with the Army and the job you choose, you can get over $60,000 to help pay for college. All you have to do is give $100 a month during your first year of service. While most people think of the Montgomery GI Bill as a military benefit, it’s not actually managed by the Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Military. The Montgomery GI Bill is actually a “veteran benefit” and is managed by the Veterans Administration, which administers the program based upon the laws enacted by Congress. To find out more about current amounts and eligibility requirements, contact your local Army recruiter or Army job counselor.
According to Kathleen Cullum, MSN, CRNP, “most organizations are now requiring that nurses have their RN license and many are requiring a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).” The U. S. Bureau of Labor Statistics says “ only 17 percent of LPN’s are working in hospitals.” Additionally, it will cost you about double to stay in school and become an RN instead of an LPN. However this price is nothing compared to the difference in LPN vs RN pay. According to the U.S. department of Labor an RN will earn around 25,000 more annually than an LPN. Some will argue that the LPN route is the better path because it only takes 12 - 18 months to obtain your diploma compared to the 24-36 months it takes to become an RN. In addition, the BLS says, LPN jobs are expected to grow by 16 percent through 2024.
Their schedule also includes a full-time college schedule that they must maintain if they want to stay in the school and continue playing college sports. If a student has 10 hours of class each week and puts in the recommended four hours of study for each hour of class, then athletes spend 50 hours each week studying and attending mandatory classes and study halls….This means that college athletes have to work 90 hours per week just to remain in school on their scholarship. This is the equivalent to working two full-time jobs with a side job on the weekends just to pay their bills.” (Top 10 Reasons College Athletes Should Be Paid) Now many people would wonder why they are working so hard and players are working this hard is due to the fact they are so close to the pro league that giving up now would just be throwing everything they have strived for down the
In the Guard, you pick an MOS to work however you ONLY work as a National Guard member one weekend a month. I am not usually one to be able to do many things at once. I don’t think I would be able to keep up with part time National Guard and continue schooling and other jobs that may be provided. US Army would be a full time commitment in which I would have a job schedule. US Army doesn’t only offer the full time but you get full time benefits.
The United States should call for mandatory military service to ensure the freedom and liberty for the children of tomorrow. A lot of people do not know the United States has called for mandatory military service before, just with a different name, the draft. Most students have after school activities they do so if we were to add two hours we would get out around five, and after school activities are usually two to three hours long but it depends on what you are doing so you literally would not get out till seven or eight at night. Now think about it most students live out of town, so they have to drive home but that might take them another two hours but that depends on how far you live so than you will not get out till nine or ten. You also have homework that probably was assigned to you and usually most students can spend one to two hours on it, so truly you will not go to bed till eleven or twelve. You see we will get out to late and we

For high school kids, longer school days mean longer school nights. If a student is involved in sports, the school gets out at 4:15 p.m., then practice goes until 6:30 p.m. After two or more hours of homework, every hour of the day is completely eaten up. Working after school is also an exhausting option for high schoolers with the long school days of the four-day week. Pros As I mentioned before, the four-day model has been used mostly in rural schools — that is, schools that don’t receive a lot of funding. My school switched to four days to cut spending.
