Did you know that twenty-three percent of the schools ' in the United States wear school uniforms? The reason why they wear school uniforms is so, they can look like youg men and women. They wear collared shirts, and khaki pants. The first school uniform was in in 1222. They came out in the 13th century. They wore dresses when schools in the past wore school uniforms. It should not be manditory for students beacuse, It attracks bullies, they need a chance to express themselves,and uniforms are expensive. School uniforms attrack bullies. They can commit suicide if they are made fun of how they look in the uniform. If they would commit suicide the person who made fun of would have to take the blame. People who wear school uniforms
School Dress codes do not allow students to completely express their individuality. Schools want students to be able to think for themselves and create a sense of who they are, but it is not easy when they are forced to abide by rules that take away from from that. It should be a place of expressing ourselves freely in a learning environment without having to worry about what we wear as an interfering issue. The fact that the school system cares more about the student dress code than their education is an issue in itself. Schools should promote dress code individuality because of religious aspects, mental health, and human experience.
Recently, more and more schools all over the country have turned to dress codes. Some people say that dress codes teach professionalism and protect students. However, schools should not have dress codes because dress codes target girls and limit their freedom of expression. They also are hard to enforce and students break them anyways. Some parents and people think when we give them uniforms it takes away their freedom of expression and restricts them from showing who they are. This is wrong. They can still express themselves in many ways, such as: wearing unique tennis shoes, styling their hair however they want, mix and matching the uniform pieces, wearing fun jewellery, etc. They can also wear the fun clothing outside of school, whenever they want. Uniforms make it so everyone looks together and one, so no one gets better or worse treatment for what they wear.

Students/kids all over the world do to school that requires to wear school uniform. Other When kids go to school in uniform they form a lack of expression on how they look because they are required school uniform. Some major reasons students should not wear uniform is because lack of expression, cost and comfort concerns. One of the biggest reasons is big bullies. These reasons are why kids should not wear uniform.
And it does not raise test scores which leads me to my next reason why we should not wear uniforms. My second reason is that is does not stop bullying kids get bullied over what they are clothes people think that it will help but it wont. Everyone will be wearing the same clothes but if we wear uniforms kids from other schools would bully them from there. It does not help test scores and does not help grades.
Envision waking up every morning to put on the same outfit and walk out the door, stress free. People would not have to worry about what fits, or what is fashionable at the time. Schools would not have to worry about inappropriate clothing but at the same time, that clothing may be a way for a student to express himself. Many schools view uniforms as a solution to several problems, but many schools view uniforms as a lack of self expression. School uniforms should continue, even though children may not get to express themselves, because they prohibit violence, provide cheaper lifestyles, and promote better education.

Instead they have rules that state what they are and what they are not aloud to wear to school on a daily basis. Schools should require students to wear school uniforms because they provide extra safety, they help students concentrate on academics, and they save time.
You might be thinking about the schools that rich kids go to in movies and TV shows or you might be thinking about Catholic schools with small children all wearing the same colored school uniforms. This is probably what most people imagine. We associate uniforms with students of foreign countries and private schools. Thoughts of students dressing in school uniforms have led to stereotyping and a gloomy outlook on schools pushing for a uniform policy. We live in a society that says you must express yourself and be an individual at all cost, but some fear that uniforms display us as robots who lack the ability to express ourselves, however, this is far from the truth.
They should be banned if no one likes to wear them so why force them to. Our parents are wanting us to be ourselves but we can’t with this ridiculous clothes. It might feel scary also because all you see all day is people wearing the same clothes as you for the whole year. Not only that wearing uniforms are just making us spend money for a school that is supposed to be for free and not our intelligence. Students have the freedom to choose what they want to wear because they have the right to show off themselves. Certainly they are students who really take note of their outlooks, it is no right or wrong in image-wise. If students are allowed to wear freely, we get to know their personality by the way they wear. Students can also express their creativity through their clothes as well. For example, the way they match the colours or the way they layer their clothes.
And it, admittedly, is fun and comforting to dress however your mood is for that day. It is fun to dress up in order to raise your confidence especially when you know that you look good in your outfit and be in good spirits for the day. Fashion is at its peak right now and the cool trends are exciting, but fashion has no place in school where learning and knowledge are the only thing that matters- and should be the only one that matters. It is important to always remember that the fashion statements that are so “in” today aren’t really appropriate in the school setting and can be a distraction, not just to the other students no matter the gender, but to the teachers themselves who try their best to wear appropriate clothing in the classroom and be presentable to the students. As former US president Clinton said, “If it means that the schoolrooms will be more orderly, more disciplined, and that our young people will learn to evaluate themselves by what they are on the inside instead of what they 're wearing on the outside, then our public schools should be able to require their students to wear school uniforms.”
