Was Kenneth Fitzhugh in San Mateo when his wife was murdered? Or was Ken Fitzhugh the murderer? Lots of people argue over whether he is guilty or not. I believe that he is guilty of second degree murder because of the compelling blood and the cell phone tower evidence. The blood evidence was a very strong point. His shoes, shirt and some paper towels that were stuffed under his seat in his car had his wife Kristine Fitzhugh’s blood on them. Why were they in his car? To go even farther, why were they hidden under a seat.? This is very suspicious. Ken put them there because after he killed her and hastily cleaned up, he put his bloody clothes and the paper towels that he used to clean up with away, and hid them somewhere he thought they
Mr. Jones killed Mr. Kelley, there is just an overwhelming amount of evidence that points directly to Mr. Jones committing the murder. First of all, Mr. Jones was jealous of Mr. Kelley because Mr. Kelley had destroyed Mr. Jones’ business by stealing all of the customers so he had none. This Fact is important because it shows that Mr. Jones had a motive against Mr. Kelley. If Mr. Kelly wasn’t taking all of Mr. Jones work then his company would be able to prosper. Another important piece of evidence is that Mr. Kelley’s blood was found outside of Mr. Jones apartment.

Everyone believes the oj did it but there was once piece of evidence that made oj get the verdict he wanted and all because of a black glove that had been found at the murder scene they asked oj to put it on and it did not fit his hand and that shocked the jurors to no end and the reconsidered their decision and then they went to collaborate and the verdict will be ready on tv with the whole nation watching watching the verdict around the world coming
Some believe he did it, while others believe he is innocent, and Sarah Koenig dove in to uncover and sort out as much about this case as possible. With everything I have learned about this case I believe that there was not enough evidence to convict Adnan Syed of murder.
I believe George Stinney is innocent . Because first of all he didn’t get a fair trial . Also, his sister claims to be with his the time of the murder, and when this happened it was racism time . Lastly, there were a lot of people that wanted him dead because they thought he killed the two white girls, Betty June Binnicker and Mary Emma Thames. I believe he’s innocent but back then, most of the white people and the Judge , also the Jury thought he was guilty , just because he and his sister were the last to see the girls .

Dreams. Disability. Friendship. And now murder. George and Lennie were friends, wherever George went, Lennie went.
First, let’s start with the prosecution witnesses. They called a neighbor, police officer, and professional psychiatrist. The neighbor was called to attest to Mary’s character and party life style. It helped show that she made bad decisions and had poor judgment at times, but it does not equate to murder. Not everyone who drinks kills their baby.
On Friday evening, the body of teenager Robert "Bob" Sheldon was found at a park in eastern Tulsa, laying next to a fountain with a knife wound in his abdomen. Further evidence suggests that the Sheldon had been intoxicated. No arrests have been made yet, but police suspect that it was a gang-related crime. Investigators believe that more than one person of each party had been involved as well. One of Sheldon’s companions, who was questioned, Randy Adderson, did not prove to be much help for the investigators.
State vs. Mayfield Trial On December 27th, 1989, State Police Officer Edward Mayfield pulled over Donna Nugent to a shady area where he strangled her and threw her body off of a bridge. We don’t know why he pulled her over. He then proceeded to strangle her with a rope. I believe State Police Officer Edward Mayfield is guilty of murder in the first degree because he had and hid the murder weapon, pulling over specifically blonde women, and he changed the activity log.
Medications are normally used to treat people that are ill, but a St. Louis mother had a much more devious reason to use it. Rachel Kinsella appeared to be taking care of her nine-year-old son, Patrick, who was born prematurely. Her son had epilepsy and hydrocephalus, but the hospital visits became more frequent and secretive. The woman took her son to St. Louis Children`s Hospital and Children`s Mercy Kansas City, getting medication from both places without telling any of the doctors, according to FOX2Now.
George Stinney Jr was a 14-year-old African American boy convicted of murder as a result of a racially-biased and discriminatory trail and became one of the youngest people in the United States in the 20th century to be sentenced to death and to be executed. During the Jim Crow Law this boy who was only 5’1 be blamed to commit such an act, he was sentenced to death and executed in the death chamber of the Central Correctional Institute in Columbia, South Carolina. This was an immoral act of injustice and 70 years later he was exonerated for the charges. During the south in the 1940’s it was a widespread of racial discrimination and segregation they were treating people according to the color of their skin because it was legal to do so and
Lizzie Borden Took an Ax Many people have heard the popular rhyme,“ Lizzie Borden took an ax and gave her mother 40 whacks; and when she saw what she had done she gave her father 41.” Lizzie Borden's murder case has been a mystery since 1892. She was arrested and tried for the axe murders. Borden was acquitted in 1893 and continued to live in Fall River until her death, on June 1, 1927. The case was never solved.
Death Penalty is a very ominous punishment to discuss. It is probably the most controversial and feared form of punishment in the United States. Many are unaware, but 31 of the 52 states have the Death penalty passes as an acceptable punishment. In the following essay, I will agree and support Stephen Nathanson's statement that "Equality retributivism cannot justify the death penalty. " In the reading, "An Eye for an Eye?", Nathanson gives objections to why equality retributivism is morally acceptable for the death penalty to be legal.
On November 2, 2007, Meredith Kercher was found in her bedroom in Perugia, Italy, brutally stabbed and naked from the waist down. The 22 year-old was studying abroad in Perugia and lived with Amanda Knox, and two other roommates. Knox claimed that she was at her boyfriend’s, Raffaele Sollecito, home, and there until 10:30 am, around the time of the murder. No murder weapon was found at the crime scene, but there was a knife found at Sollecito’s house with Knox’s DNA, but it was never declared the murder weapon. Blood covered clothing that seemed to have been pulled off Kercher, a bra clasp with DNA of Kercher and Sollecito, and fingerprints, some with and without blood, were also admitted as evidence in the trial.
