She was treated at the University Medical Center. The incident occurred on April 9, 2016 at 11:30 P.M. Cardell Hayes, who is responsible for both of the shootings, has been arrested and charged with second degree murder. This is not the first time that he has been in trouble with the law. In 2014, he was charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and illegally carrying a weapon. He was put on probation for six months.
