The True authorship If one could go back in time to the Elizabethan Era, they could unfold several truths about those days, which could be very valuable and crucial to how we perceive and to the knowledge we have gained, through reviewing history. What if all we know is only a partial truth? What if what we have been thought and what we have read that we firmly believe to be the ultimate truth about history, is nothing but a lie or misunderstanding? As we have been taught for years and years, Elizabethan Era, which was the Golden Age for England, was the time in history where the development and culture of England rose rapidly, which was marked by the reign of Queen Elizabeth I.

At first glance, the events that occurred to Hamlet post-enlightenment went ary in the fact that the rest of his family died by the end of the story; but it was not the King’s intention.

Shakespeare’s work has been admired for centuries and it has gained much respect, however, some say the work of Shakespeare may in fact not be his. There are many questions surrounding the topic of Shakespeare’s authorship and whether or not he could have really been the author of so many thought provoking and diverse plays. COMMENT ON THE RELEVANCE OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE AND HIS WORKS TODAY Last year the world celebrated William Shakespeare's 450th birthday and next year will mark the 400th anniversary of his death. It is now up to me to answer the question on how big the relevance of his person and his works still is today, which is a difficult task since I am neither very interested in him, nor have I read any of his plays. The topic can also not be generalized for the whole world and this is why my focus lies on our Western world.

The witty and entrancing scenes as well as the ideas that he presents continues to captivate audience around the world centuries later. The works of Shakespeare have not grown old and dusty because of his universal modern truths. He pioneered free thinking and encouraged rebellious acts through his plays. If Shakespeare was born previous to his birth then his works would have most likely been destroyed or cast out.
