HR Department has specifically evolved in this context and transformed the concept of work-life as a cultural change endeavor to a much greater degree than was the case in the past. HR has taken up the responsibility in most of the organizations to make the transition to a cultural change through a holistic perspective with active involvement of the senior leaders and line managers in the implementation of the whole process. Employees are empowered to be able to make and negotiate effective career choices for themselves.
