The challenges in education sector included the lacking of capable, qualified and coadjutant of workforce; poor and bad planning in school; ineffective leadership and lacking of facilities.
There is a suggestion from us in order to overcome the mentioned challenges which is workforce development. Workforce development describe a wide range of activities, policies and programs employed to create, sustain and retain a viable workforce that can support current and future business and industry (Lyn E. Haralson, 2010). Education institution should first start with improving recruitment and selection process. Selecting the right employee is very crucial due to three main reason which are performance, cost and legal obligation (Sree Rama Rao, 2010).

Organization is suggested to improve TQM by plan carefully. The pre-planning stage of developing the right attitude and level of awareness is crucial to achieving success in a quality improvement program (Oakland, 1989). Organization that plan to use TQM should aware of the need to spend money and time for planning. Management team should take a sufficient period of time to pan the project thoroughly and recruit an effective project team. Prevention- oriented management can significantly improve the quality of the goods or services offered by an organization (Ratesh, 2012).
A workforce is often unwilling to embrace TQM for a variety of reasons. First, manager should ensure employee have a clear understanding about the organization’s objective towards TQM. To solve the challenges in human resources barriers, we suggest organization to improve the employee engagement with the organization. High level of employee engagement will ensure employee to trust, accept and understand the management’s action. TQM requires a well-educated workforce. Employee have to acquire sufficient amount of knowledge in order to effectively implement TQM. Training should be provide to all level of employee. Training should be include deep level of technical skill, communication skills, team management skill and problem-solving skill.

A TQM will only be success if top management pay a full commitment for it. Organization should provide compensation that will satisfy top manager needs and work promotion opportunity that will encourage them to put a high level of attention and commitment towards the project. The effective compensation given will be stock. Boards can offer the opportunity for top manager to become substantial owners of company stock. This action will put them the organization benefits and top manager’s benefits in the same line and encourage them to work towards both organization and their own

I can see that Carol is very passionate about the Williams family, and I would use her passion to remind her to use that to do what is best for Bobby. Although, I would also remind her not to let her emotions for the Williams family cloud her judgement with it comes to both Joy and Bobby. I also would encourage Carol to connect Joy with any many outside community resources that could help the both Joy and Bobby’s with their needs.
According to Brooks (2015), when employees are fully satisfied, they commit their efforts towards attaining the set goals and objectives. They also see the reason of being associated with the company, hence reducing employee turnover rates. The other strength that the company has is better reputation. Based on the case study, close to 90 percent of employees from the survey indicated that the employees were willing to remain in this company because of its positive reputation. One of the internal weakness identified is a challenge to find and retain employees who can deliver positive results to the shareholders.
In regards to Jonathan Kozol’s essay Shame of The Nation, believes that apartheid schooling is prevalent in America and it has worsen overtime. He uses this essay to open the eyes of Americas who might not be aware of the apartheid school system in urban America today. This essay also showed how segregation is caused not by force, but by factors working together to keep blacks and Hispanics stuck in the inner city while middle class, mostly whites, move outward. A phenomenon that has been established to keep minorities at the lower socio-economic domain in society. The state of inner city schools has declined significantly.
Importance and benefits of managing this diversity There is prescription that a company could apply to be successful, therefore it depends on the capability of the leader to sort out what is best to the organisation based on the level of productivity of the workplace. Leaders and managers should know and recognise skills that are vital in creating a positive and effective diverse workforce. One day session of training and programs is inadequate to change a person’s behaviour and styles, therefore the company need continuous development, implementation and maintaining trainings and awareness foundation. I learned many things at InstaCareer that will assist me in preparing for a career fair or networking event. One thing I learned is to wear either a suit, or the equivalent of a suit without the jacket. This will make me look more professional, and marketable to potential employers. Another thing I learned is it is better to have a professional looking portfolio to carry my resumes around in. This will accomplish two things for me.
