There is plenty of definition about workforce diversity that is studied by researchers. Each scholar has their own understanding and overview about diversity. Here are a few definitions of workforce diversity, from some scholars has said about workforce diversity. The definition that is significant for this research is from three scholars firstly is Kreitz (2008), followed by Van Knippenberg and Schippers (2007), next is Harrison and Klein (2007) and lastly Maddy and Zanoni(2014).
