During the World War period of history there was all sorts of propaganda being used for and against each other during the war effort. Aiming for the citizen of that nation to be persuaded to help in the war effort in some way whether it be rationing of food, invoking fear, or a form of patriotic emotion. The World War propaganda primarily focused a lot on name calling, bandwagon, and transfer types of propaganda. During the World War when it came to name calling it usually portray the enemy. For instance Japan and Germany during WWI and Russia included later in WWII were shown in a negative light. They were shown as monsters, ugly beings and stereo-typically judged. When doing so their supreme leaders are usually the focused no matter if it names calling or ethnically stereotyped. Provided that during the World War eras the Japanese were drawn as some kinds of creature with pointy ears with huge beaver like teeth, always wearing glasses and in this “traditional outfit” or military uniform. In addition, they were drawn with small eyes and sometimes with dagger coated with blood drawn on them. …show more content…

War bonds are our form of currency given by the government during the world war era. You give them money in return once the war is over or after several years you can turn these bonds in for more money in return. The money that was given to the government well then be used to help manufacture things for the war effort the image below incites that even though you can’t physically help with the war you can with purchasing war bonds. The image implies that the money well go to manufacturers who currently help manufacture items for the war, those items well then help those fighting the war effort. The workers symbolize the manufactures helping the with the war effort.
