The approached of the employees and crews of the airline did not meet the standards for the safety and security of its passengers. The problem is very visible when the FA’s themselves fainted, yet it is their major responsibility to calm and accommodate the passengers during problems on the airplane. Also, the pilots who have failed to check their units before the flight. Some problems have also arisen when they rerouted to Nashville, they failed to offer accommodation to their delayed passengers. Statement of the Problem Dissemination of information in the event of failed landing to Chicago was relayed very subtle by in flight crew that resulted to an alternate landing to Nashville. Later on the ground, the passengers found out that one of the plane's wing flaps was inoperable as the main reason behind the reroute. Some passengers felt that plane crew withhold important information about the reason they failed to land. At the terminal while waiting for the next flight, ground personnel were supposed to give proper assistance and accommodation on waiting passengers in which therein they failed to do so.
