The monitoring process of La Alianza was an informal affair to DSS, instead of strictly following and guiding them to train them properly. Every time that a group project is assigned I look everywhere in search of hardworking people, but unfortunately this is rare nowadays. I personally do not like working with a group of people, it is a waste of our time for a number of reasons. People are more dependent on one another and expect the job to be done for them without even trying. This affects the way we are now, things are not supposed to be easy and just magically be solved; it defeats the purpose of working together with each other and learning. I agree that more people can serve as a power source for more research, but it still isn’t sufficient enough for those who just act like fools and don’t get their work done; the one’s that are goofing around can distract the rest of the group members and convince them to join the dark

It is true that those with more developed education have better paying jobs, however, it does not indicate that graduating from school will promise a satisfactory life with a stable career. With the amount of competition and the ever growing population, it is extremely difficult to find a suitable job and get hired. Although it is seldom mentioned, the heavy loans from the colleges and universities are not that easily lifted. If a student finishes his or her studies and is having troubles acquiring a profession, not only are they jobless, they have a loan waiting to pay off. Because the employees ' roles were not identified appropriately, individuals were not able to have the level of access they should have. Which wasted lots of time, affected our customer services, production and several deadlines. Once accessing issue was resolved, some of the functionality were not available because of it was not requested during the configuration process. Addition financial investment was made to add the most important functions and few others were not. Two of the latest function and upgrades that we paid for that we also pay yearly licensing and update fees, we have not still utilized the functions because of the incompatibility of our server.
As Goldrick-Rab states, todays financial aid is providing “too little to too few.” Our current financial aid programs simply do not give enough of their supposed aid to all the people that need the help, it pits people against each other as they work to get this aid, each one deserving, yet few getting the small amounts of help provided. After getting the financial aid, those recipients are always degraded as lazy, simply not working for the money that their family lacks, despite how difficult it is to get money in our current economy that’s tearing at the middle and lower classes. Once we have more people with the ability to go to college, then we can reach our potential as an educated society, showing that talent is not based on income or how well off your family is financially. With more students in school rather than going straight to the work force, we will have more students with better, acquired skills that they enjoy, so then we can have these people doing what they love, instead of settling for what they have to do in order to get by in our
