I don't have an exceptional amount of experience as a staff member. I have been staff on more servers than the one listed below, but they were short lived servers on which I did not learn much (about how to be a staff member) and are not important enough to include in my app.

Server: Altru Network

Description: Altru network was a small server which I owned with Odi. It averaged 10-20 players per day. There were many flamewars and arguments on the forums and in game. Because of this I have experience with handling dire situations and flamewars.
