In the 21st century, globalization has brought great changes to the world community lives. Young people are the most affected group by globalization, especially in the rapid development of cyberspace today. With the transfer of new knowledge, the world nowadays through the market system and the cyber world has become a challenge for young people. The effect of global integration cultural into the local identity can be seen through the society consumerism culture particularly among younger people. Global change whether economic or cultural globalization, and inability of young people to avoid these changes have put their position, especially in terms of economic in risky condition and uncertainty compared to the previous generation (Harvey 2003). The study is still in early stage. This study attempts to discuss the increase of changing in the state and society, particularly in economic, political and social development under this rapid globalization and cyber world today than their impact on the Z-generation specifically risky Z-generation. Focus on risky Z-generation are with the assumption that Z-generation in mainstream spectrum, especially those who are in the positive environment or setting such as in higher education institutions and good achievement in education at primary or secondary school, then their ability to build their lives and the future is higher than risky Z-generation. Moreover, various youth and adolescent programs in many national and international levels is found that the target groups involve the majority of mainstream
