Zalora have a neat background. For example, they have label very clearly with the clothes, shoes, accessories, bags, sports in a column. This way can also make their customer like because it may not make customer very confused when they want to buy what they want to.

This way can make their customer to bank in their money or using their debit / credit card more easily. Their customer won’t be so trouble to go to find the bank that they need to bank in to.
Fees of delivery The delivery fees can upgrade to the customer for purchase Rm75 and above changed to Rm50 and above. Because for some customers only buy a shirts
Promotion voucher The promotion voucher can changed to Rm100 and above for those who purchase then customers can get a Rm5 voucher after that.
