ZARA is now world’s third largest clothing retailer specialized in both women and men attire and kids as well. This brand has more than 2000 stores around the world. Basically all the items are displayed in the shop and consumers come and shop. There is also another way of shopping for ZARA’s consumers, they can shop trough online. So they will order and pay using debit or credit card. So delivery process for online shopping takes at least a week, and they use service courier such as FedEx, PosLaju, UPS(United Parcel Service), DHL and TNT. This makes buying and selling of products easy. Besides, with this method (online shopping) makes the retailers and the consumers live easier.
