G. WIlliam Rice
, 1951-

G. WIlliam (Bill) Rice, an enrolled member of the United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians in Oklahoma, is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law. He also maintains his own law practice, and is a founding member of the Spirits of the Land Foundation. Among his publications are a contributing author credit for a revision of the Handbook of Federal Indian Law, and many articles, including “There and Back Again — An Indian Hobbit’s Holiday: Indians Teaching Indian Law” [26 New Mexico Law Review 169 ( 1996)].
