In Document B it claims, “One hundred thousand lash-driven men poured their sweat and blood for twenty years to complete this resting place which King Khufu considered fit for his royal remains.” This shows that yet again no one would enjoy building the pyramid by cause of it was hard work. That supports slaves building the pyramid considering no one would want to build the pyramid so the planner of the pyramid had it force people into building it and it would be much easier to just use at least some slaves. The final document, Document E, has evidence that contradicts the notes stated in Document C.
Have you ever wondered who built the pyramids? The huge triangle-shaped buildings in Egypt. Well if you have, slaves didn’t build the pyramids. The formal elements of the pyramids include their massive size, geometric shapes, and precise construction. The pyramids are not naturalistic but are stylized in the Ancient Egyptian tradition. The style of the pyramids is Ancient Egyptian, which is characterized by its use of stylized form, flat figures, and symbolic

Ancient Civilizations of the ancient world have explained a lot of things in our present days, but what makes it so great is that it’s architecture. The ancient Greek and Ancient Roman are very rich and variable history and culture, but also they had similarities and differences The Ancient Greek and Ancient Roman civilizations had some differences although they are very close to each other. First, they had different social systems; the ancient Greek divided their social systems into five categories: slaves, freedmen, metics, citizens and women , and in the ancient Greek women were not given a position they were like to be less than slaves, but in the ancient Roman civilization they dived into four categories: freedmen, slaves, plebians and patricians, and women were considered citizen if they were not born into slavery, however they were not able to hold any position or vote. Second, The ancient Greek created and developed the three famous classical orders which is Doric, Ionic and Corinthian, On the other hand Ancient Roman took the classical order with making minor differences and created the arch and used it in their buildings.

The Egyptian civilization thrived near the Nile River from 3000 B.C. and was later conquered by the Persian Empire around 525 B.C. In the other hand, the Mayan civilization developed in Yucatan Peninsula around 200 B.C., and mysterious disappeared around 900 A.D. However, these two cultures share many factors in common such as developing calendars and building pyramids. Even though civilizations developed in different time periods, they can still have many factors in common such as environment, language, and architecture.
The colossal structures, stacked stories high, still dumbfound historians today on how they managed to build in such perfection. Theories have arisen how the huge blocks of stone were raised into position and why they were assembled at all. It is clear some were tombs for the king and his family but the subsidiary pyramids in the complex, puzzle archeologists on their purpose. The labor force needed to construct such a massive structure would require an advanced society, far ahead of other civilizations; not only in architecture but government as well. Building of the pyramids not only satisfied religious beliefs, but also benefited the economy.
Similar to the ancient Egypt, the pyramids of Giza have four sided base and these structures are also oriented to the cardinal points of the compass. In ancient Egypt, they believed that there is after life and that there is a ka or royal life force that would need a dwelling thus elites built a funerary temple called mastaba. The
With both civilizations being developed around 3500 BC, there are many similarities and differences between the Egyptians and the Mayans.
