Christmas Eve will ever be the same again. A beautiful family was expecting their first child and the lives of the mother and child were removed permanently from the holiday festivities. Was it his affair that made him do it or was it the future responsibilities of fatherhood? Scott Peterson is a man of mental issues that was sentenced death for a double homicide of his wife and unborn child. Scott was depicted as a man that was loyal and honorable towards his beloved wife, but that was soon discovered that it was a lie. Scott had an affair with various women and enjoyed the freedom that he provided himself. Scott enjoyed the goodguy approach that his wife’s family and his provided himself but it made him tick.

Scott Peterson appeared before the judge and a diverse jury. Scott sent to Death Row in
California. Peterson’s wife and unborn child remains were washed upon the very lake sight that
Scott would take his boat. Scott denied all allegations about him knowing the bodies were visible to his eye at the time they surfaced. Laci’s body was recovered with several limbs missing such as; her hands, her feet, and her head. The medical examiner was able to find that it was Laci by the abdomen. Connor Peterson wa the couple’s awaited child that never saw daylight. The infants body was also recovered in the same location as its mother. The child still had the umbilical cord still attached. Scott continuously denied the allegations.
Court meetings preceded along and Scott was concluded to be guilty. Scott was charged with a double homicide and he literally seemed unphased. Laci and Connor still have not been brought to justice because they could be living here as of this present day. Peterson's mistress Anne Frey came to the courts in front of national news and wanted to express how much Peterson said
