Elizabeth Rodriguez Book Report

Her eyes are drifting from page to page in her book, a world that doesn’t exist-mythology comes to life, prophecies are told, and heroes are born. Though this world only exist in the series of Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Richard “Rick” Riodran. The girl that reads these books is Elizabeth Rodriguez born in Cuba on December 15, 1999, daughter of Reinaldo Rodriguez and Angela Maria Hernandez.
First and foremost, I’ve lived my entire life in Hialeah, Miami, Florida. Though my birth was in Cuba, I came here as a five month baby so I’m more American than Cuban. My childhood had its ups and its downs, such as the death of my grandfather and meeting my best friend/sister Joyce Alison or how I kindly call her “J.A.M.” We’ve been friends for over 13 years now though she moved to Orlando for about year, we were still friends. Hialeah Elementary School was where I was once attended but it didn’t hold fond memories as I hoped for. Another important that I was almost forgetting would be my little brother, David Rodriguez born in Palmetto Hospital on September 16, 2002.
Afterwards, middle school started to kick in with a whole new start in Youth Co-op Charter School. My first friends were and still are Erick Rodriguez and Adrian Gallardo aka Gabriel. Though five years have passed since our friendship …show more content…

There hasn’t been some an event that I consider special but I’ll hope that will change in the last 2 years of high school. However, 3 eventful things have happened like in the last school year I met Maria Camila Rodriguez but out of kindness we call her “The Rich Girl.” A party for my fifteenth birthday was celebrated in the ninth grade as well and my newest friend is Leah Duboy, a new student at the school. Whom, I hope make memories with.
