Explain some cases in which you would perm-ban/temp-ban -
Below is some examples of when I feel it is alright to ban. Following the OpCraft rule guide.
Disrespecting staff -
Disrespecting staff consists of being rude, a nuisance and even hateful towards. People need to remember that staff are humans as well. The staff on OpCraft have a very important job and that requires patience from both them and players, sometimes players can get inpatient and be convinced that staff aren 't doing their job when they actually are. Players may think that the staff are not working, simply because they do not see them banning people or active in chat but what they need to understand is that there is more to do than just control and monitor the server, as important as that is there are things behind the scenes as well. If I am accepted as staff I plan on balancing my time with both regulating, controlling and monitoring players actions and words as well as working on inside tasks and projects for the server.

Spamming chat is very annoying and can upset a lot of players. I believe after one warning, if the player has not stopped spamming, there will be mute time.
Racist remarks and excessive racism -
Racist remarks and excessive racism is not right what so ever and I do not approve of this. If someone were enforcing racist remarks on another, there will be consequences such as mute. However, if the situation is more serious such as out of game threats due to religion, ethnic background, race ect. There will be more permanent consequences
Advertising If people are advertising servers or websites or anything that is not related to the server I would mute the player and they would be given to mod plus. /mute {time} Staff Disrespect If any player is hating on staff they will be warned then temporarily muted
Also, I think that the owners: Jitty and rvc have made a more than wonderful server. Due to the fact that my playtime on the server and ts will be multiple days as I am on my Christmas break; I will be able to get to grips with the playerbase and Ihave multiple server owners that can be my reference of me being a good staff-member! How would you assist the server if you were
(If so, then why?): Banned: Never Muted: Once or twice for advertising my shop to much, i know that i am meant to advertise it every 5 mins but i might of forgot and got muted. Kicked: Not that i
If I dedicate a lot of time as a staff member, it will decrease in the amount of hackers and the server will always remain healthy and stable. I can dedicate SCREENSHARING SKILLS. To have skills with screen sharing are
If a player starts being very toxic and trashtalks in a way that puts a bad vibe in chat then I would message the player giving him a warning. If he does not stop then I will mute him for 10 minutes as his second offense. I will then proceed to extend the duration of the mute as his 3rd offense if he/she does not stop. I am more than happy to change the duration of mutes in spamming situations if needed!
Tarik Adenwala 7.3 Lit Response An “Incident” that has happen to me, and still sometimes does to this day, is very similar to Countee Cullen. He was just minding his own business when someone decides to budge in and give their racial comments, and to this day this occurs more than you may know. Cullen was called the N word for his skin tone, while I get called a terrorist for my first name and my heritage.
There aren’t any justifications for discriminating against others based on their appearance. Johnny and his teammates created offensive stereotypical caricatures of African Americans followed by hateful comments which can’t be ignored. Mike, Adam, and Liam claim to have been joking, however, this isn’t a joking matter. They feel that their first amendment, which is the right to freedom of speech, protects them from any consequences. However, we don’t feel they should be exempt from punishment due to their freedom of speech; their posts were gravely inappropriate and offensive.
Second, I know that a lot of people get mad because the staff doesn 't do their jobs and they don 't respond to reports, so I want to make sure all the players are happy and they think of Serpent staff team as a good and skilled team. Another thing is people say some staff abuse for their friends or for famous people but if I get staff ill make sure no one does that and will also make sure that no matter how famous you are you get treated the same. Third, Very many people get mad after waiting for 1-2 hours in team-speak to get moved, but with me as staff, I 'll try to do all the support rooms
I. I agree with author’s statement that racist recordings of Ice Cube ought not to be legally suppressed. The response to prejudice is not exact retribution. Despite the fact that, on the off chance that somebody is ridiculing you or harming you physically and inwardly, your response it to attempt and hurt the back. That is the reason he says it is a short-sighted response. The result no doubt will be terrible on the grounds that the issue will heighten as opposed to being tackled.
In 2010, Russlyn Ali wrote a letter to their colleagues about reducing bullying in schools (Doc. G). The purpose of the letter was to warn administrators that they must take harassment and discrimination incidents seriously (Doc. G). In the letter, it included an important statement which listed important information on harassment and what it includes. The letter stated "harassment may take many forms including verbal acts, name-calling, and graphic and written statements. It may also include being physically threatened."
Many things done nowadays are considered racist. There are things certain people can do that others cannot. There are some names that some people can call other people that others may find offensive. The Washington Redskins, an NFL football team, are being sued because someone in the Modoc tribe is speaking up about how the name “Redskins” is offensive to the Modoc culture. There is a debate about whether the team name should be changed or not.
Bullying, Prejudice and social injustice are all forms of racism that blinds people from seeing who a person really is (based upon their skin color). Nowadays these forms of racism are used to create an intimidating atmosphere for the people who are affected by it the most. Some of the reactions to this are suicide, murder and the thirst for vengeance. In contrast, many people fall into deep depressions and let a racist comment haunt them forever and change the pathway of their lives. The rights of the Scottsboro Boys were completely ignored and all of the whites in the court stared down each and everyone one of them with absolute hatred and intolerance.
I remember walking down a street and suddenly hearing a person yell a racial slur in my direction. I couldn’t really see his face because he had just walked into a subway entrance. I was shocked, since I had never experienced a direct racial insult. Certainly, I know that that white people had directly attacked some of my friends, but this was a very unpleasant encounter. On the other hand, I have many white friends that see me as a human being, and not a “person of color.”
I have been a member of the staff for five years now. My duties as a member are planning and teaching an innovative lesson once a week. I teach them every Sunday. The children I teach range from the ages of three to twelve. When I arrange these lessons out I have the role of a teacher in school.
The use of racial slurs and other racial remarks can greatly affect the development of any story or work. When racism is used, the work will be viewed in a new light, thus a different viewpoint could be taken. Racism will affect the overall tone and mood of the work. In Othello, William Shakespeare uses racism blatantly. It brings to light the attitude of the old European society towards those of different color, language, and race.
