The mission of HonorHealth hospitals states, ‘To improve the health and well-being of those we serve’ (HonorHealth, n.d.). The promise brand shows that HonorHealth is making healthy personal. HonorHealth has merged with several hospitals in the Phoenix area. The brand of promise will help unify mission’s common goal, and guide the deliverance on the promise every day (HonorHealth, n.d.). Staff members need to have a deliberate, conscious effort made by the leaders to convey this information carefully. The diverse and increasing workforce at any organization is often shown that the information they thought was communicated to the team was correctly given, but in reality, it was interpreted differently than intended (Wickford, 2016). Unfortunately, the leader is not aware of this until significant issues start to arise. The plan shows that a binder was made that contained all of the workflow communication documents on every department floor. It includes a sign-off sheet to ensure each team member has reviewed the report. The workflow of communication is discussed with each huddle at the beginning of the shift to certify the understanding of the changes (HonorHealth, n.d.).
Documents are to be posted and signed off; along with a displayed poster board showing the workflow communication and changes. Managers and leaders are to create an email that contains the vital communication changes and have a confirmation return to ensure the email has been reviewed. Lastly, round with the staff and discuss face-to-face with them about the changes (HonorHealth, n.d.).

In P5 of my work I am going to outline and discuss the strategies and procedures used in health and social care to reduce the risk of abuse. The aim of the independent safeguarding Authority (ISA) was established under the Safeguarding Groups Act 2006 to protect children and vulnerable adult to those who might abuse them. The strategy in order to achieve this is through mentoring people who seek access through their work, paid, unpaid and voluntary. As they have to be registered under the vetting and barring scheme and will be checked against one of two barred list. Reference can be defined as being information that is written by a pervious employer that tells the workplace what type of person the individual is and if their experience is valid and if they have the experience to work with vulnerable adult.

The changing climate as a result of the advent of value-based care continues to place significant demands on hospitals, medical providers, healthcare organizations, and physicians to take a completely new look at the marketing strategy. A coherent strategy and sustained quality are critical in today’s healthcare market to attract new patients, retain existing clients, and maintain positive and productive relationships between the patients and hospital staff. To be viable today, healthcare organizations have to utilize effective strategic planning to develop integrated marketing strategies that makes it efficient and easy for the target population to identify what they need, make informed decisions, and provide insights and new information – not just basic promotion.
