In the 1530’s domestic & foreign affairs were a priority to King Henry VIII. In 1536, King Henry VIII gave expression of approval towards the Laws in Wales Act of 1535 granting annexation of Wales with England to be united in one nation as a whole. After this act, a following act came through known as Second Succession Act of 1536, declaring Henry’s children by Queen Jane to be the next in line to inherit the throne of the Tudor Dynasty, among declaring Mary & Elizabeth as illegitimate in which will exclude them to be the heir in line to inherit the King’s throne.
