Garbis in Baltimore, Maryland sentenced Tara Kathleen Whyte, age 30, of Hollywood, Florida, and Gambrills, Maryland to 54 months in federal prison for bank fraud conspiracy and aggravated identity theft stemming from a banking scheme involving over $1 million in losses. Judge Garbis also ordered Whyte pay restitution in the amount of $77,422.06 (The Bay Net, 2017). Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Claude Jones was executed for the murder of liquor store owner Allen Hilzendarger, in San Jacinto County in 1989. Hilzendarger was shot three times with a .357 magnum as he turned to retrieve a bottle of liquor. Jones and another man were seen pulling into the liquor store. One stayed in the car while the other went inside and shot the owner. Witnesses who were standing across the road couldn’t see the killer, but Jones and two other men, Kerry Dixon and Timothy Jordan, were linked to the murder.

Stockley and his partner Brian Bianchi, tried to stop Smith after a suspected drug sale in a parking lot. After being confronted smith decided to take off and after a three-minute chase throughout the streets of St Louis, Stockley and his partner decided to ram into the back of the victim’s car causing him to lose control and crash. After the car was stopped, Stockley and his partner approached Smith's vehicle, finding him alive.
