Presented is Milton Larsen, a 84 year-old African American veteran who lives with his step-daughter Dina in a small home. Mr. Larsen’s bedroom is located in the basement, where he spends most of his time with his cat Snuggles. The objective data gathered from Milton Larsen’s case scenario is as followed: a medical diagnosis of hypertension and left knee osteoarthritis. He is prescribed metoprolol tartrate and spironolactone for his hypertension and he takes ibuprofen for aggravation of the left knee related to frequent trips to the upstairs bathroom. At a recent visit to his primary care physician Milton Larsen stated the following subjective data “Dina gets mad at my cat and takes it out on me.” Milton Larsen’s aging body will go through many physiologic changes, specifically the loss of elasticity in the connective tissue. Connective tissue affects many of the body organs through the normal aging process. In the case of Milton Larsen, he is diagnosed with hypertension and osteoarthritis, and both diseases can be associated with loss of elasticity in the connective tissue. S/C Johnson offers the following report. On Friday July 29,2016 at approximately 12:00pm Mr. Chris Reed a teacher at Edna Karr High school discovered a cart containing multiple laptops next to the trash dumpster. This is a case study about a young man by the name of Korey Wise who was wrongly incarcerated in the Central Park Jogger case of 1989. Due to being the age of sixteen he was the only one out of the five boys wrongly accused to be sent to an adult prison. In this prison Korey was victim to many forms of abuse, physical and mental to name a few. He was found guilty despite the lack of evidence. None of the DNA samples or Semen matched up with Korey.
The 10 murders that led to Dennis Rader being put away in prison for life began on January 15, 1974. Dennis Rader entered the house of the Otero family and murdered the husband, wife, and two youngest children. He entered the house and according to Philbin (2011) Rader testified in court that, “Well, I confronted the family, pulled the pistol, confronted Mr. Otero and asked him to – you know, that I was there to – basically I wanted the car” (p. 155). Rader told the family that he only wanted the car and some food; trying to convince the family he wouldn’t hurt them, which was not the case.
Fifty-six year-old Stuart Maynard Clark was arrested for beating and robbing a 83 year-old woman. The incident occurred around 4:40 a.m. on Monday, November 23, 2015. The woman told police officers that she woke up to find Clark punching her and demanding money. The woman fought back by hitting Clark with a cane and kicking him in the groin area. Clark stole the woman 's wallet, which reportedly had over $800 in cash.
Ja'Dyn continues to engage in negative behaviors at school due to his inability to control his angry outburst and lack of ability to utilize his coping skills. Ja'Dyn is a misunderstood young man who has developed a bad reputation at school which has placed him in the crosshairs of all the faculty regardless if he started or engaged in any negative behaviors. Mom needs to be a little more proactive in making sure the school is following his IEP and 504 which is in place.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE On March 25, 2011, the People filed a felony complaint charging defendant Michael Meyers with the following crimes: Count 1 – Assault with Semiautomatic Firearm in violation of Penal Code § 245(b), Count 2 – Assault with Deadly Weapon/Force like to Cause GBI in violation of Penal Code § 245(a)(1), Count 3 – Burglary, Burglary in the First Degree in violation of Penal Code § 459, Count 4 – Child Endangerment in violation of Penal Code § 273a(a), and Count 5 – Making a Criminal Threat in violation of Penal Code § 422. The Defendant was arraigned on the complaint at which time was advised of the constitutional and statutory rights. Defendant pled not guilty to all charges and denies allegations, and did not waive time. Bail was set at $100,000.
Mike Anderson was sentenced to 13 years in prison but was never called to serve his sentence. Now 13 years later on the date he is set to be released they realize their mistake and arrest him. The Criminal Justice system has placed an emphasis on three factors that may influence their legal decisions. This includes, biological and social factors related to the offenders historical background and the context where the crime took place. More importantly, legal decisions are primarily based on the facts of the crime itself. However, issues of legal responsibility in cases involving chromosomal deficiencies and gene abnormalities have sparked the biological debate once again in courtrooms. Conditions such as psychopathy and pedophilia are commonly associated with biological factors and put into question the individual’s culpability of such crime.

According to SBDO Wagner, AIM E-Performance notes were not meant to be written on a routine basis; however, only meant to document employees that go above and beyond the call of duty. In addition, SBDO Wagner indicated that his training as a SBDO in Anchorage, AK supports his understanding of how to properly document AIM E-Performance entries. SBDO Wagner contended that his belief is that BDOs are responsible for providing him feedback of their performance, and his training would support his belief. Also, the scheduled monthly sit-downs would be sufficed for BDOs that are performing adequately.
