On the above date and time Field Training Officer Lloyd McCray and I were stationed in Control Tower 2. While conducting a walkthrough/watch tour in G-housing Inmate Javen Brockington approaches saying he is having issues with his roommate William Liles. He states they were arguing and if they were not separated it would result into a physical altercation, when question further he gives no details. Inmate Liles and myself exit the housing unit to the Multi-Purpose Room 2. According to him Inmate Brockington was making racial comments; referring to him as white boy, bulling him, by saying “I ‘am in here for murder” and he wanted to be move out the housing unit. Therefore I kept Inmate Liles in MP2, while his property is packed in cell G13.
While on station after transporting Deadrick Allen, this officer (Ofc. J. Jaques #64) was told by Det Sgt. Sibley #42 to place Allen into cell #3. While in the process of searching Allen 's person before placing him into the cell I located a small ziplock style baggy filled with a green and brown plantlike substance in his front right small front pocket. After removing the baggy Allen began being uncooperative.

Burrow said, “I do not answer to Corporals.” At this time, Lt. Shutt came through the door and I ask him to tell Sgt. Burrow to take the handcuff bag with him because all of the inmates were out of the building and his squad would need them for the next day. Lt. Shutt then told Sgt. Burrow, “Go ahead and take the handcuff bag.”
However, the case was later dismissed because the District Attorney advised Dossey that the consent by Mrs. Sibley appeared to be coerced and thus the firearm had to be suppressed. FINDINGS REGARDING CORPORAL JESUS GARCIA: ALLEGATION #1: 319.3.2 - SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Failure to be reasonably aware of the performance of their subordinates or to provide appropriate guidance and control.
On the indicated date and time I Deputy Garcia #618055 was assigned to staff station 620 at North County Correctional Facility (NCCF) when I heard a loud thud which is consistent with that of fighting. I saw Inmate Lopes, Juan #3456712 (later identified as suspect/victim 1 (S/V)) and Inmate Henry, Chuck #2345678 (late identified as suspect/victim 2 (S/V)) on the ground by the day room punching each other on their face and torso. I put a radio broadcast of a minor 415 inmates in dorm 623 with my county issued radio (minor 415 is a common radio code in our facility which indicates a fight is in progress or just occurred). I also requested additional personnel, Sergeant and Senior to my location. I ordered S/V1 Lopes and S/V2 Henry to stop fighting and they complied.
On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
Santos discusses being to friendly with a guard will get you beat up or if you try to start running the prison on your first day, will also get beat up. I can see why if you never been to prison before and don’t know about the inmate code it can be a culture shock when an inmate is in the prison. Even knowing about the prison guard code that the guards follow should never be disrespected. Reilly, however broke one of the guard codes by disrespecting an officer in front of an inmate. This shouldn’t happen because the inmate will lose respect they have towards the guard and that is never a good thing.
One specific point, was the behaviour of some of the Correctional Officer’s that were responding to Ashley Smith’s cell. There was incident showed on the fifth estate that stated there was a Correctional Officer outside of Ashley Smith’s cell that was banging and kicking the door yelling “Are you dead yet?”. This Correctional Officer was watching what Ashley was doing in her cell but never took it upon himself to call for back up and enter the cell to stop what was going on. In result, this was an ongoing occurrence for Ashley to actively act out, and I can notice as to why Officer’s were getting agitated by this but the behaviour that went on from an Officer is not appropriate.

The most notable ghost has to be the ghost of Room 311, Annalisa Netherly. There are three different stories explaining the cause of her death. The first one states that she was a prostitute who was murdered by a Confederate soldier and left in the room.
How Setting Affects Society’s Influence on the Individual In E.M. Forster’s A Room With a View, society’s influence on Lucy is emphasized throughout the novel through the usage of setting. This is most apparent to the reader in the contrast between the events that take place in Italy compared to those that happen in England, when concerning Lucy’s feelings towards George and Cecil. Whilst in Italy, the setting used allows the reader to fully understand how Lucy can be free and passionate due to Italy being connected to spontaneity and adventure whereas with the setting used in England, she has to be conservative and keep her feelings to herself, being as that she is afraid of being judged and ridiculed by the English people that she has surrounded
