On November 1. 2017, 47-year-old man named Scott Ostrem walked into a Walmart in Thornton, Colorado and calmly opened fire on the customers shortly after 6 p.,m. Then left in a red Mitsubishi Mirage. Surprisingly, a Thornton Police Officer believes that the shooting was random and there was no motive found yet. Scott Ostrem is accused of walking into a Walmart in Denver on Wednesday of November 1, and fatally shooting a woman and 2 men. The victims of this shooting were 52 years old Pamela Marques, 66-year-old Carlos Moreno, and 26-year-old Victor Vasques. Ostrem was captured less than 10 miles away from the store where he started spraying bullets at the civilians. The judge of this case ordered Scott Ostrem to be held in Adams County Jail without any handcuffs. The store has been closed ever since so there would be no destruction of evidence. A 24 year-old man whose name Denea Peterson has been charged a wild shooting which resulted in a significant injury to innocent mother and her child. According to the criminal compliant, Peterson was a member of the 10Z gang and he had violent argument with a man who is only identified as OTZ at various locations. According to complain in June 22 of this year at around 2pm Peterson realized the light colored SUV OTZ and his friend had been riding then approached them and began fired gun at least eight times. Melvin Santiago of the Jersey City Jersey Police Department was not simply shot in the line of duty, he was viciously ambushed by a man determined be a cop killer and, possibly, to commit suicide by cop (Kulbarsh, 2015). The attacker, Lawrence Campbell, age 27, assaulted an armed security guard inside the Walgreens pharmacy, took the guards pistol, told witnesses he was going to be famous (New Jersey police officer shot, 2014). Campbell waited in the parking lot for the first cruiser to arrive and opened fire on officer Santiago as he stepped out of his vehicle. Thirteen shots were fired, and Santiago was struck in the head. As the shooting was happening, other officers arrived and began firing at Campbell from their vehicles.
I chose to write on an incident that occurred on Feb 26, 20102, in Sanford, Florida. George Zimmerman a 28 year old mixed Hispanic male shot and killed Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman was a volunteer neighborhood watch coordinator, in a gated community in Florida. While on duty, Zimmermann had a concealed weapon and carried a 9mm pistol. (Zimmerman did have a legal permit).
On the 15th and 16th of December 2014 a lone gunman, Man Haron Monis, held hostage ten customers and eight employees of a Lindt chocolate café located at Martin Place in Sydney, Australia. After a 16-hour standoff, a gunshot was heard from inside and police officers from the Tactical Operations Unit stormed the café. Hostage Tori Johnson was killed by Monis and hostage Katrina Dawson was killed by a police bullet ricochet in the subsequent raid. Monis was also killed. Police treated the event as a terrorist attack at the time but Monis' motives have subsequently been debated.

Mike Anderson was sentenced to 13 years in prison but was never called to serve his sentence. Now 13 years later on the date he is set to be released they realize their mistake and arrest him. When the father’s asking Chris Borland to sign a football to his son, the situation appears to be a case where one person isn’t allowing another person’s judgment to have implications on one’s own decisions. After investigating cases where playing football and other sports had longstanding indemnities on players, Borland decided not to play football anymore. In order to accomplish what he wanted via football, Borland would have to be a more belligerent person than he wanted to be. However, for the son, he could accomplish exactly what he wants by playing football. Granted the son may enjoy playing football, there may be some risks involved.
In September of 1961, a woman from District of Columbia had an intruder break into her apartment. While the invader of the home was there, they had taken her wallet, and also raped the woman. During the investigation of the crime, the police had found some latent fingerprints in the apartment. The police then established and processed the prints.
