Ive been late twice to my clinical 's and it has been more than 15 minutes which is considered an absent. Two absences automatically reduces 10% of my grade. I understand that i can 't continue to do this specially once I 'm a professional. I can really put my team behind and being short staff can lead to falls or injuries to a patient.
