America needs DREAMers What would you think of one piece of legislation that would improve the US standing in the global economy, would help with the economic growth internally in the US, improves the military readiness of the nation and will help in the fight against terrorism and improve homeland security? Such a piece of legislation exists and is called the DREAM act. Passing the DREAM act into law is for the best interest of the country on several levels, of which I will explore a few of.
