Julius Caesar and Abraham Lincoln are unquestionably two of the great men that made significant history via their exemplary leadership expeditions in their respective countries. In comparing the two, one of the remarkable similar aspect of the history that came up between them was their assassination. Caesar is recalled as one of the history strongest general and an exemplary leader of the great roman republic. Many referred him as a demagogue and a dictator due to his act of abuse of power and disregard of the Roman laws that existed (Griffin, 2009).. Abraham impacted the history of America progressively due to his vigorous struggle in abolishing slavery as well as keeping the union of civil war together. During his time, slavery among other inequality atrocities were critical issues in the United States. However, Lincoln established a revolution that was oriented in accomplishing equality and through his vision, he was able to bring the county to embrace the spirit of impartiality among distinct racial groups (Burlingame, 2013). Caesar was an effective leader his action successively managed to transform the Roman republic into an admirable and respected Roman empire during his rule.
