Have you ever taken a personality test online before? Its’ okay to admit it, they are kind of irresistible. Even companies are beginning to give personality tests as part of the interview process, to find the right fit. You answer a bunch of questions, in the end you end up you end up with a combination of four letters that define you. I for introvert or E for extravert; N for intuition or S for sensing; F for feeling or T for thinking; and P for perceiving or J for judging. Examples of the combination includes: an ISFJ is a defender, who is very dedicated and protector; ENFJ is charismatic and mesmerizing leader; ENTJ is a bold, strong-willed leader who always gets the job done. There are three types of clusters. Cluster A are individuals who appear odd or peculiar it includes: (1) paranoid in which individuals display distrust and suspiciousness beliefs; (2) schizoid often seem cold, are detached from others, and often absorbed with own thoughts or feelings; and (3) schizotypal in which they have eccentricities of thought, perception, and behavior. Cluster B individuals who appear dramatic and emotional it includes: (1) antisocial individuals who have no regard for others or rules; (2) borderline is marked by extreme mood changes, unstable and intense relationships, viewing the world in extremes such as all good or all bad; (3) histrionic emotions are labile, with excessive attention seeking behavior, and often sexually provocative; and (4) narcissistic individuals exaggerate own talents while exploiting others. Cluster C individuals are anxious and fearful it includes: (1) avoidant individuals who are extremely shy, they desire relationships but are paralyzed by fear of rejection; (2) dependent individuals have an excessive need to be taken care of resulting in submissive and clinging behavior; and (3) obsessive-compulsive individuals are preoccupied with perfection and control. Psychopath and sociopath are two terms classified as antisocial personality disorders in the world of psychology. Although many people have heard of these two terms, quite often people do not know what sets them apart from one another. A sociopath is defined as a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience. The definition of psychopath is similar in being a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior. By looking at the definitions, these personality disorders appear very similar; however, there are specific attributes that are more specific to one of the two.

I have replied to two other types of personality other that mine, so I have decided to reply to one that is similar to mine. Based on the results of the INTJ personality type, I found it to be right on point as my behavior, career choices, etc. The few things I found that were a tad bit unlike me was the part on relationships and not being capable of readily grasping social rituals, by having little patience and limited understanding of small talk and flirtation.1 I can’t speak for other INTJs, but I have a great understanding all such . . . It’s just that I don’t care much for it. In addition, the findings found that our type is capable of disregarding authority.

Although I can look back into my past and find many examples of actions or behaviors that aligned my personality perfectly with an INTJ personality type and perhaps in a relax environment that is my personality. I normally do not think of myself as the INTJ describe by many of the references. These references describe INTJs as natural leaders, hard workers, supreme strategist, able to objectively see the reality of a situation and able to adopt and change things when they are not working. These also describe INTJs as effective leaders that sometime choose to remain in the background until they see the need to take over the lead and analytical individuals with highly-developed imagination that sometime rather prefer to keep the time they spend
I agree with the results that showed up on the findings of the test. My personality type is ISFP. I agree that I have a dream of mastering action skills. I have always liked playing basketball when I first found out about it. I started playing in eighth grade and it was really fun to play.
PSY 207 Individual Assignment Introduction Personality, in the word itself, what I could see is the word personal. I would define personality as something very personal to oneself, as it determined what kind of person I will be. Personality is sometimes a term I used to rationalize my behaviour, and I believe most of us do. Whenever someone judged us from what we do, the statement “I am who I am, and this is my personality” is frequently being used by us human beings.

ISTJ is the personality type I have always received when I have taken a test to determine my personality style when using a test with the Jung’s and Briggs Myers’ theories of personality types. When reading through what an ISTJ tends to be I see a lot of what I am in the description. Whether it be in what social situations I prefer to be a part of or how I perceive people. I also see how I make decisions, the values I hold for myself, and how I set up goals in the description of what makes an ISTJ. I found out what I wanted to major in as well by taking one of these tests and seeing what fields ISTJs excel at.

Then again, Shritika is seen to be going out with her friend when she is stressed because of her work. This particular incident shows the trait of an Extraversion, the particular word is used for describing positive energy, sociability or rather to gain stimulation in the company of family or friends. She even expresses the trait of Neuroticism, which is vulnerability to negative emotion similar to anger, depression, and even anxiety. Shritika shows the trait of Agreeableness which is compassion and cooperativeness towards the employees under her.
