Luke Bryan Luke Bryan is a country singer, who has won many awards. Luke Bryan has won over 20 awards including entertainer of the year award. Luke Bryan is an influential person because he overcame many obstacles, has a successful singing career, and he has won many awards. Luke Bryan has overcame many obstacles in his life. Luke Bryan was born in July 1976 in Leesburg, Georgia. Bryan was born as Thomas Luther Bryan. Bryan later married Caroline Boyer in 2006 and they have two sons, Thomas “Bo” and Tatum “Tate” Bryan. When Luke Bryan was 14 years old, his parents bought him a guitar, and it wasn’t long before he was good enough on the instrument, and with his voice, he began sitting with musicians. Luke Bryan picked his first Country Music Association Award win in 2014 as entertainer of the year. Later that year, Bryan won the Academy of Country Music’s Entertainer of the year award and the released of his fourth studio album,”Crash My Party” which hit No.1 on both the country and pop charts. “Crash My Party” is the follow-up to Bryan’s most successful album to date “Tailgates & Tanlines”, and they both have been great, and got certified double platinum. Then the later album feature three back to back platinum and double platinum single. It has sold over 10 million tracks while “Crash My Party” got feature four consecutive No.1 singles and nearly as 1 million tracks.Then Bryan won American Country Award for album of the year for “Tailgates & Tanlines” in 2012. Luke Bryan, is one of two country artist that have sold more than a half-million copies of an album in a single week in 2008. Luke Bryan for the win of his vocal event (“Only Way I Know” with Eric Church and Jason Aldean), along with his first time ACM hosting duty with Blake Shelton. In December of 2013, Bryan was named artist of the year at the American Country Awards, as well as artist of the year bringing his total career wins at the ACA’s to 12. Luke Bryan won the ACM award the category entertainer of the year in 2015. Luke Bryan won Academy of Country Music Award of Top New Artist 2010. In Bryan early success led to an Academy of Country Music nomination for top new male vocalist and both billboard and country weekly called Luke Bryan an “artist to watch.” Luke Bryan won Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Solo Vocalist of the year. Later, Bryan won American Country Award for most played radio track and music video of the year and the single of the year for “I Don’t Want This Night To End” in 2012.
