Personal Presentation and Style In our meeting, Mr Mammarella presented as a professional, neat, precise, considered individual. He appears to be intelligent, is certainly verbally fluent, and apparently quite commercially astute; he has pursued own business ventures with considerable success. Mr Mammarella impressed as a quite independently-minded individual. The extent to which he would happily “fit in” and take direction, without expressing an independent or alternative view, probably needs to be considered. His Brakes Plus franchise agreement prevented him from operating at retail level in competition, but did not prevent him operating as a wholesaler.
