Are you aware that when drop out rates are calculated for community colleges, students that transfer into four year colleges are considered dropouts?
Don’t you think this would affect the accuracy of your statistics about community college dropout rates?
You don’t think, that including students that are continuing on to further higher education, in calculated dropout rates, would make your statistics less accurate?
Doesn’t this mean your statistics are inaccurate and therefore invalid?
Don’t you think the federal government could reallocate funds from somewhere within the 3.8 trillion dollar federal budget to fund community college?

Don’t you think that the state, local and county governments could reallocate funds from within their budgets to cover their portion of the cost of community college?
Are you aware that the state, local and county governments would only be responsible for paying 1.5 billion dollars a year?
Are you aware that 1.5 billion dollars on average is 1.7% of a state budget?
Based on this information, don’t you think that state, local and county governments could reallocate funds to pay for their portion of community college?
Do believe that we should be giving everyone a fair chance at getting an education and being able to support their family?
