On 10-24-2017 I was dispatched and responded to 6009 Ridge Rd. (Salvation Army) reference to a lost purse. Upon arrival I met with the complainant, Edith Caudill. Edith stated that she left her purse within a shopping cart at approximately 11:30AM. Edith later discovered that she did not have her purse and returned to the business at approximately 3:18PM. At this time Edith was unable to locate her red Stone Mountain purse which contained her driver’s license, social security card, $400 cash, car keys, and her Apple I-Pad. Alice Odom walked into the Gautier Police Department to report that someone had rifled through her vehicle, 1997 Mercedes and took $50.00. Odom said that there were four vehicles parked in the yard of her residence at 3140 Breakwater Dr. All four of the vehicles were rifled through, but Odom only had money taken from one of the vehicles. The incident happened between 8:00 p.m on 10/03/2016 and 5:15 a.m. on 10/04/2016.

Predication: On 11/11/17, Asset Protection Manager (APM) Kristin Catucci contacted APM Jakub Orlando regarding Customer Service Associate (CSA) Anthony Stoddart who was suspected of taking money out of the register for personal benefit. Facts: On 11/14/17, APM Orlando reviewed CCTV footage along with POS electronic journal to confirm this allegation. CCTV footage reviled that CSA Stoddart took money from the bottom of the register and placed it into his pocket.

On October 09th, 2015 at approximately 5:30 PM, I, Investigator James Poffel was the on-call investigator and was contacted by dispatch in reference to responding to The Days Inn for a call of a kidnapping that patrol officers were out on. Officer Wilkins was the officer originally dispatched to t hat location and was on-scene awaiting my arrival. I spoke with Officer Wilkins while I was en route to his location. Officer Wilkins informed me they were sent to The Days Inn, room #104, at 900 S 32nd St to check the welfare of a subject by the name of Kayla Blevins. Dispatch received the call from Kayla’s grandmother, advising Kayla was being held at that location against her will, for a $1,000.00 ransom.
Recently Edith Espinal, an undocumented immigrant, was given sanctuary by the Columbus Mennonite Church. As a mother of three Edith Espinal did not want to leave the country and her family, so instead of attending a final check in with U.S. Immigration and Customs enforcement which most likely would have resulted in her deportation she fled to the church. Organizers are now claiming that Columbus has officially become a sanctuary city and are now calling for U.S.Senator Rob Portman to call for the ICE to grant a stay on Edith Espinal’s deportation order. Defendant was visiting a friend, Kayleigh Chase, at this residence. While inside the residence, defendant did actually and intentionally enter victim, Stephanie Chase, bedroom where defendant did not have permission to enter and took multiple women’s rings from a jewelry box. The victim Stephanie Chase is the mother of Kayleigh. Kayleigh was unaware that defendant Pridgen took the jewelry. After the defendant Pridgen did actually and intentionally deprive the victim of her jewelry, defendant Pridgen took the jewelry to Cash America Pawn, 1314 US 1, Cocoa, Florida and conducted a sale/pawn transaction.
