Should people worry about their health or the consequences that the human body can suffer due to the lack often exercising at least 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes’ minimum, people who work out tend to live longer. Unlike those who do not exercise put their lives in risk due to the lack of exercise. Statistics have shown that people who exercises have a happier, and of course healthier lifestyle. As we all know there is always a dark side to everything in general.

America known as "the state of obesity," is the number one state to have the highest population. People in America are known to be inactive and oneself has the fault. Now in modern days if you are in a rush or simply lazy to cook all you do is hop on your car and drive to a fast food restaurant. In fact, many people do not bother to get down their car and order in person instead people order through the drive thru. How lazier can America get! It is incredible how lazy society can be, to the point where it turns into a daily routine. Every person makes their own choice. "You are what you eat!" There is no way possible that a person will escape their reality. "The research demonstrated that lower amount of exercise was linked to a shorter life expectancy, regardless of BMI." So why not exercise at least once a week to start off for at least 30 minutes. Then each week add another day of exercise, and maybe even add more time if able to. Meanwhile your body gets used to the good life. Another suggestion would be to stay active throughout the day, if you do not have time to work out.
