Introduction
Most times, persons are always affected by certain events within their life stages. While individual’s progresses during different life stages, they will perceive things differently and try to make adjustment of how they perceive the changes in society. However, this report will look at stress in its entirety such as the causes, effects and symptoms.

Furthermore, the report will analyse psychological theories to persons that are experiencing elevated levels of stress, how he theories are related to behaviour disturbances as well as how psychological theories informs how mental health can be understand. Thomas parents has caused him to have a stressful life which has a great effect on his life by putting him in a mental disorder. Moreover, symptoms of Mr. Thomas being stressed is that he developed a sense of isolation being that he always having memories of being an orphanage and constantly want to isolate himself from others whereby, when he is in class, he prefers to keep to himself. In addition, he fails to attend classes because students were from different classes of which they were unfamiliar to him. This suggest that Mr. Thomas does not want to communicate with others which can lead to depression and anxiety. This can allow Mr. Thomas to be overly depressed.

However, the stressful life on Mr. Thomas, has a great effect on him as he started to behave in uncommon ways whereby, on one instance, he was found in an uncompleted building without clothes in the winter season. Also, Mr. Thomas has been affected mentally, in that, he continues to feel tired, restless and tense because of his negative thoughts which is a symptom of him being stress, despite social services was trying to get him better.
