Why do schools have uniforms all they do is make a school look fancy. I’ve been thinking about all the schools that have uniforms most of them are charter schools and yet there is actually more drama in a school with uniforms than without.my thoughts are strict more strict than uniforms I have a cousin that went to a school with uniforms he actually he had a hard time he had to change his clothes right as he got home it bothered him a lot. Schools really shouldn’t need school uniforms. When you see a school with uniforms what do you usually think well I mean as a student, most likely you were like “why, that 's going to be boring I don 't want to have someone else to choose my clothes” or something on the line of that but my point is uniforms are boring. School uniforms make the students feel less unique for example if I had a uniform i would feel uncomfortable because I would be forced to take off my jacket and that 's something that feels weird without a jacket I feel cold constantly and that’s just bad for me i 'll be freezing all day and my teachers wouldn 't let me do anything about it. There are many reasons why we shouldn 't have school uniforms but I thought this is the most important reason, uniforms give the administrator too much control over the students yes it 's good to have control over the students but with uniforms it is a little too much control. Uniforms allow the school decide to choose what you wear and later in life they won’t know how to think for themselves they will have to rely on someone else or they will always be over dressed, I know what you 're thinking what 's wrong with being overdressed well it may be better than underdressed but there are times to be overdressed like weddings or funerals but not like at the beach or birthday parties if you do it makes you look like snooty rich kid thats why its not good to always be
