Romeo and Juliet is a tragic play about two enemies kids fall in love. The two kids hid their love from them which lead the kids to their death. There events and characters that cause Romeo’s and Juliet’s death. I think Lord/ lady Capulet , the event when Tybalt wanted to fight Romeo, and also the event when Romeo went to the Capulet’s party were primarily responsible for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet because they all could have been prevented. Lord/Lady capulet is responsible for the death of Romeo and Juliet because they pressured their daughter Juliet just to get what they wanted for her. In Act 3 scene 4, Capulet says “ I think She’ll do whatever I say” . This statement shows us Lord Capulet think Juliet won’t say no about marrying Paris, it also shows that he think he can control Juliet’s life. Making him feel very confident to get the best for his daughter even though it means controlling her life. In Act 3 scene 5, Lord Capulet says “ I hear you say proud and I thank …show more content…
In act 1 scene 2, Peter says “please come and drink a cup of wine”. This shows us that if Peter didn’t invite Romeo and Benvolio, they won’t be at the party. Along with that in act 1 scene 2, Benvolio says “go there and compare her objectively to some other girls, i’ll show you”. This evidence tell us that if Benvolio didn’t persuade, Romeo probably wouldn’t go. This links back to my main point because Romeo was persuade to his death. Who was responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death? Lord Capulet, Tybalt action, and just being invited to a party is responsible for this poor lover’s death. My main point of my argument is all of these action lead a death trap for these poor love birds. The play Romeo and Juliet taught us, not to hide anything even though whatever we are hiding will come out
Who are the true villains responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death? In the story “Romeo and Juliet” by William Shakespeare as he wrote the greatest tragedy of all time, two enemies become lovers and love drags them to the end. The person most responsible for Romeo and Juliet’s death is lord capulet because he forced her to marry Paris and he starts the feud between the two families, but some may say Friar Lawrence because he gave the potion to Juliet and advised her to lie to her parents. In William Shakespeare’s play, The tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, there is a common question asked. Who is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet? There are many characters in the play to be blamed, but the main three are Feud, Lord Capulet and Friar Lawrence. Feud plays a part in all of this because the Feud between the Montagues and the Capulets with bring Romeo and Juliet together. But Lord Capulet also plays a part in all of this, he didn't want to marry his precious Juliet to Paris right away, but she started to weep and he thought that if she was married, she would be happy, so he forced her into a marriage to Paris with the thought of ending her suffering.
Capulet also tells Juliet if she does not marry Paris to never look him in the face again and that she will be disowned. This might have made Juliet very pressured and sad, her own father telling her that she will be disowned from the family made her feel like she had to marry Paris but the love she had for Romeo would not let her. Overall Capulet was a big part in what happened because he forced Juliet to commit to something she did not want to commit
In William Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet there are many different forces to blame for the tragic deaths of Romeo Montague and Juliet Capulet. Some might say the haste of the young lovers is to blame, others might say it was the feud between the Montague and Capulet families that brought on the tragic deaths. I believe that it was the Capulet parents that are to blame. I feel this because they tried forcing Juliet into an arranged marriage while she was grieving the death of her cousin, they threatened to disown her if she didn’t follow through with the marriage, and nobody, not even the nurse, was there to comfort her and give her the help and advice she needed. In Romeo and Juliet, William Shakespeare presents the idea that love

There are several reasons why Lord Capulet is to be blamed for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. His decision to force Juliet to get married, his contribution of the family feud, and his decision to change the day of the marriage. The main reason I think Lord Capulet is to blame is because he forced Juliet to get married. Him forcing Juliet to get married only left Juliet two choices and that was to either run away or get married, and of course we all know that her getting marred to anyone but Romeo wasn't an option. If he had never forced her to getting married then she would not have done what she did.
That makes Juliet concerned because she likes Romeo. First, he tells Juliet to marry Paris which she doesn’t want to happen. This is found in Act 3 scene 5. Second, Lord Capulet rages at Juliet when he notices that she doesn’t want to marry Paris. He then tells Juliet that he will never see her again.
There are a lot of people who are to blame for Romeo and Juliet’s death but the most obvious one is Tybalt. Tybalt was lady Capulet’s nephew and Juliet’s cousin. Tybalt was also a troublemaker and hated the Montagues. To support that, “What, drawn, and talk of peace? I hate the word as I hate hell, all Montagues, and thee.
Lord Capulet was one of the individuals that contributed to the termination of Romeo and Juliet’s lives. Being irate, Lord Capulet forces Juliet into a dilemma by saying, “But fettle [her] fine joints ‘gainst Thursday next/ to go with Paris to Saint Peter’s Church, or [he] will drag thee on a hurdle thither.” (III.v.154-156). Juliet characterizes as a loyal and obedient daughter, she always wants to please her parents whenever she can. This puts tons of pressure on Juliet’s decision.
¨For never was a story of more woe than this of Juliet and her Romeo¨. In Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare is a story of two lovers who take their life all because of a misunderstanding. However, who is to blame for their tragic demise? The parents who made the two lovers feel like outcasts must be to blame. The characters that are the most guiltiest of the death of Romeo and Juliet are the Capulets and Friar Laurence and Tybalt. The Capulets are to blame because they weren 't supportive, uptight, and not caring. Lord Capulet was going to disown Juliet for admitting that she didn 't wanna marry Paris. For example: "Hang thee, young baggage! Disobedient wretch!
