On 12/6/16 at 1700 hours, I received a call for service at 3811 E Main St, in reference to a battery that occurred.
The victim, Bill Johnson, and Robert Clarke arrived at the City Theatre at 1400 hours, and went to the rear of the line for a movie. Johnson was standing in front of Clarke when an unknown subject arrived east of the property and stands in front of Johnson.
Johnson tells the suspect that the line starts at the rear of the line. The subject looks over his shoulder and responds “blow it out your ass”. Johnson immediately responds back and tells the subject “Blow it out your own ass, the line still starts at the rear”.
At 1650 hours, the suspect turns counter-clock wise and struck Johnson on his left cheek with an enclosed right

Johnson described the suspect as a white male, about 5’10, thin build and had no facial hair. He also stated that the suspect was wearing a long black canvass shirt, long black pants and black combat boots. Johnson advised the suspect had a right neck tattoo that said “Mega Death”, he also had a sliver nose ring, and gold ball ear rings.
After speaking with the victim, I spoke to Clarke at 1720 hours, about what he saw during the incident. Clarke stated the same story Johnson said.
I made contacted with the security officer at the City Theatre who advised there were no cameras on the property.
Scene Description:
• The video store located at 3815 Main St, was located on the north side of the property.

• The Telephone Johnson used to call the police was located on the northwest side of city theatre.
• Clarke and Johnson were at the rear of the line west of the video store.
The video store on the North side of the lot, only had cameras in the inside of the property.
Johnson stated he wished to prosecute, and is unaware who hit him.
At this time Johnson refused medical attention to his

On 12/09/2015, at approximately 1518 hours, this Officer received a call via radio and directed to Main and Lloyd Street for a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle. This officer and Officer Brown responded to the scene. When Officers arrived on scene I observed a 93 year old female lying in the middle of Main Street (State Route 924). The female was later identified as Agnes E. Ferguson (DOB: 7/24/22) who resides at 37 West Coal Street Shenandoah, PA 17976. A silver Subaru was stationary in the northbound lane of Main Street (SR 924) near Agnes.
He had a very small build, and he is a white male. He had short and straight hair. He had a clean shave according to the photos of him at the crime scene. He was very pale and had light skin. His appearance was very unusual and awkward.
On May 23, 1957, three police officers in the city of Cleveland, Ohio knocked on the door of Dolly Mapp and held up a piece of paper that wasn’t the warrant that gave them access inside. The three officers gave Mapp very little information as to why they were there. The real reason they were there was because an anonymous phone tip stated that Virgil Ogletree, a suspect of a recent bombing, was
The suspect has no outstanding warrants or charges and is not on probation. In June of 2004, the suspect was convicted of several firearms offences and received a mandatory lifetime firearms prohibition. The suspect, Justin “Snipes” Meeches (41), a hardcore fellow gang member of Indian Posse and the victim in this matter had been a long time friend of over ten years.
Stephanie Crowe was 12 years old when she was found murdered. On January 21, 1998 Stephanie's grandma Judith Kennedy woke up to an alarm coming from Stephanie’s room that wasn’t turned off. Judith went to see why Stephanie wasn’t shutting it off. At 6:30am Stephanie Crowe was found murdered in her room, stabbed 9 times. Police questioned Richard Tuite, but police dismissed him as too “bumbling”(AleidaLaw.com) to have killed her.
In addition to Wehrman’s original statement she stated that the male that assaulted her had an orange key chain hanging from the front of his pants. She described the suspect as being in his 20’s, dark hair, olive skin, fit build with no facial hair, 5’6” tall, and 140 pounds. Wehrman also stated that the suspect had a tattoo on his right forearm. The tattoo was writing that went from the suspect’s wrist to his elbow. The suspect’s physical description matches Hicks physicals.
The article, "Suspect Arrested in Series of Tampa Homicide," discusses the suspect of the Tampa killings, Howell Emanuel Donaldson 3rd, and how he was discovered when a gun was found inside his work bag at a McDonald in Ybor City neighborhood. The killer is a 24-year-old male that is charged with four counts of the first-degree murderer and was arrested on November 28, 2017. Furthermore, the police have bona fide evidence to prove Donaldson as guilty due to the fact that his Smith and Wesson .40-caliber handgun cartridge casing was found at first three crime scenes. The article, “Life in the shadow of a Killer on the Loose,” explains how in Tampa, Florida, around the beginning of October, nearly four victims were found dead in Seminole Heights. There are only the security cameras scattered around the neighborhood which only show a tall person wearing all black flipping their phone near three of the crime scenes.
He didn't get any protection from guards. The reason for this lack of protection? He was homosexual. When he told the warden about the assaults and pleaded for immediate medical attention, he was denied and told that immediate medical attention was only for emergencies. Johnson filed a lawsuit but those responsible have not been convicted.
The man, Mark Smith was immediately identified through his driver's license which was fortunately not stolen. Police noted something weird here though, the man’s wallet and money were all stolen, yet the man’s identification was still kept there. Almost as if the killer wanted the police to find it. The officers secured the crime scene and began their investigation. They discovered a silver machete at the scene which was poorly hidden in a ragged, torn bloody vest, and believe it was used in the attack.
12- 19- 2014 somewhere around 2400 and 0600 hours I Det. Scott Demeester was dispatched to 1710 Madrona Street. I was called in to investigate a homicide case. The victim was discovered tucked under a sheet in a vacant home in Atlanta Georgia.
Anthropology Questions: 1. Was this crime indicative of the beliefs, morals, and culture of the two aggressors? 2. Were there any scratch marks found on the victim? Were there any fingernails found at the scene of the crime?
Before the sun had broken on June 6th, 1996 Darlie Routier (26) of Rowlett Texas was pleading with the dispatch operator for immediate help. In this almost 6 minute long call (in which the police get there in 3 minutes and about 45 seconds in) Mrs. Routier seems to be in complete shock, as she begs the operator to quickly send police. However, in between brief periods of hysterical breathing and unintelligible sobs she soberly remarks how she picked up the suspected murder weapon and this could have tainted any fingerprints that were there before. It was her attitude that landed her in the media’s glare, however it was the evidence in this case, all circumstantial, that landed her on Texas’s Death Row. In this paper I aim to highlight and elaborate
An unannounced follow up inspection was conducted on 11/17/2015. I arrived at the operation which is located at 1408 N. Edwards Ave, Mt Pleasant about 3:33 pm. I was greeted by Ashley Earl the director I then explained the purpose of my inspection. I prepared for the inspection by reviewing the frequency of inspections made, observing the operations, compliance history, the operations fee history, background check list and controlling person list, etc.
