what freedom means to me Most p­eople rely on the dictionary deffintion of the word "freedom", which is "the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restaint". Some people think freedom is somthing that is just given too you, it isnt. Freedom is somthing that you must earn. To me Freedom means a sense of hope, commitment, and pride. To me Freedom means being able to wake up everyday and have the oppertunity to attend school, in some countries, children do not have the oppertunity to attend school becasue they are too poor to build schools.
