Have you ever wondered, who killed Andrew & Abby Borden? Lizzie is accused of murdering her parents. It’s hard to believe that because women were proper and polite back then, but she was the only one there. Also there was no sign of force entrance. I strongly believe that Lizzie Borden is guilty, and killed her parents. I think Lizzie Borden is guilty because she tried to purchase poison the day before the murder happened. Also the day before the murder happened she visited her friend, and told her that her father was going to die soon. Also Lizzie was a thief. All in all, I strongly believe Lizzie killed her parents.
The first reason, why I think Lizzie Borden murdered her parents is, she tried to purchase poison the day before the murder happened. In the article, “Fourteen Reasons to Believe Lizzie Murdered Her Parents” by Unknown, it states that, “On August 3, the day before the murders, witnesses identified Lizzie Borden as having visited Smith’s drug store in Fall River, where she attempted to purchase a poison, prussic acid.” This shows that Lizzie tried to buy poison the day before the murder happened. This also shows that Lizzie wanted to buy poison. That is the first reason, why I think Lizzie was the murderer.

In the article, “Fourteen Reasons to Believe Lizzie Murdered Her Parents” by Unknown, it asserts that, “On the night before the murders, Lizzie visited a neighbour, Alice Russell, and told her that she feared that some unidentified enemy of her father’s might soon try to kill him.” This shows that Lizzie told her neighbour that her father was going to get murdered soon. This also means that Lizzie told Alice one of her father’s enemies is going to try to kill him soon. That is the second reason on why I think Lizzie killed her

But now come to think could she really have been innocent? There are many suspicious details leading to her being guilty but Lizzie was declared innocent. So now the suspicion begins. Despite the many information on the Lizzie Borden case, I believe Lizzie Borden should have been proven guilty.
Lizzie is not guilty, and I know this from the several testimonies that i read over. Some of the testimonies prove to themselves about how she is innocent. The small testimonies mostly I see that there is more evidence, the bigger testimonies like Emma Borden’s I believe does not show as much with Lizzie.
